This 2-bedroom house is perfect for your stay in Greenville, note: this house is zoned residential and requires a minimum stay of 30 days and the price has been adjusted to reflect that, no stays under the 30 day limit will be accepted. The bedrooms feature a queen bed and a full bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The house has keyless entry at the back door, a ring doorbell at the front and a motion detector at the back for security, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, a full kitchen, two parking spaces around back, with a grill on patio with a sun umbrella to protect against the sun while out at patio table. The main bathroom was just recently redone (1/1/25), with new tile, vanity and toilet. The secondary bedroom has a blackout shade to eliminate the majority of the sun as it rises on that side of the house.
Along with the appliances we also provide a few consumables so you don't immediately have to go to the store. Dishwasher and washer pods, dryer sheets, full soap dispensers, dish soap (for kitchen sink), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, tissue paper.
The house is less than 1/2 mile from Flour Field, where the Greenville Drive have home games and will occasionally shoot off fire works post game, and is a little over a mile to Falls, where you can walkout on the pedestrian bridge to take in the view and get a few pictures as well. So a great location from downtown Greenville
There is additional street parking and a community park for the HOA. Many neighbors have dogs and they often roam around off leash, there is no plan to change this policy within the HOA so please be aware.
