The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: double oven, gas cook top, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee bar. Large dining table for 16+. Outdoor dining space.
LOUNGE SPACES:
Relax in the first-floor den with couch and smart TV. Take your coffee or wine out in the sunroom and enjoy watching the kids play on the playground with the beautiful water view.
Screened in porch with comfy chairs and gorgeous water view. Upstairs enjoy the bay view nook with two chairs and panoramic view of the water. These inviting spaces provide plenty of room to unwind, play games, or enjoy quality time together.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Spend time on the spacious deck with 2 propane grills, dining table, and firepit. There is a garage door by the pool with a kayak and lifejackets. Basketball hoop that you can move around on the paved driveway. The backyard and pool area is fully fenced in. Pier with lights, fish sink, and boat lift. Bring your boat! Water depth is approximately 3.5' at high tide.
APARTMENT SPACE:
The apartment above the garage is not included in your main house reservation but may be available to rent for an additional fee. It includes 3 queen beds, a full bathroom, couch, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker—great for extra family or friends who’d like a bit of privacy. Please note: the stove is not operational. Message us for availability and pricing!
Note: This is salt water and jellyfish (sea nettles) may be present during summer (June–August). Their presence varies with tide and weather.

You may also use the poolside garage, which includes the kayak, paddle boat, and life jackets. Please put them back in their original spot after use. The only restricted areas are the locked owners’ closets, attic, basement, a detached private building, and the locked garage beneath the apartment.
The apartment above the garage is not included in your main house reservation but is available to rent for an additional fee. Perfect for extra family or friends, it offers a private space with its own entrance, ideal for added privacy during your stay. Message us for availability and pricing!
Other things to note
Pet Policy: Only house-trained pets allowed; leash required outdoors. Pets must be crated if left alone in the house. Please do not bring pets that are not house-trained.
Starter Supplies: Essentials like paper towels, trash bags, and laundry detergent are provided for the first few days.
Security Cameras: Located on the front porch and ring doorbell at side door for your safety. Ring floodlight cameras are located on the deck and playground. Cameras have video and audio capabilities.

A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area. Free onsite parking is available. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft may be limited in the area, so plan ahead if you need transportation.
Minimum age to book is 25. Government-issued ID may be required at check-in.
Before you arrive you will also be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to complete a short registration and electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided via our property management system, hospitable. This helps us maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
