Check-In & House Rules-

Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in with keyless entry. Please note that the property features three levels of stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Guests must be 25 or older to rent, with a maximum occupancy of 16 guests and eight vehicles. Respectful behavior is required; disruptive conduct may result in forfeiture of your stay without refund. No smoking is permitted, and pets require prior approval.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of any locked owners inventory closet.
Other things to note
**Pets** RSA Welcome. Feel free to let us know you're bringing a pet so we can prepare the home and property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, this includes yard waste. We would expect that service dogs will never be left unattended at the property.

**Fire Ban Status** To protect our beautiful Hill Country the county may impose a burn ban when necessary. It is the guest's responsibility to check the status before using outdoor fire pit. To do so, you can call the Comal County Fire Marshal and press option 1.

**Parties and Events** We love a good time, but have strict rules against disruptive parties. However, we understand that groups traveling together are often celebrating a special occasion like a wedding, birthday, or reunion. Please notify us in advance if this is the case. We simply ask you to respect the property and return it to us in the condition in which you received it. When decorating, please do not use tacks, nails, tape or other adhesives. Please no glitter or confetti. Be sure to remove any decorations and place furniture aback in its original position. Additional cleaning fees will apply if these requests are not followed.

**Rustic Grounds** Please be aware that our property is situated in a rustic natural setting, featuring amazing wildlife; including deer, fox and more. You can expect to find insects as well so we recommend guests to bring repellent.
Supervise children closely near the creek and be mindful of your surroundings to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

**Patio and Trash** Please straighten up patio chairs and throw out any trash before checking out.

**Please clean BBQ grill or Smoker after use.

**Towels and Laundry** We appreciate your cooperation in placing all used towels in the laundry room.

**Dishwasher** Please load and start the dishwasher before departing.

**Personal Belongings** Ensure that you remove all personal belongings before you leave. If you find that you've left anything behind, please contact us right away. We will hold lost items for **72 hours** and can arrange to send them at your expense via mail.
