Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at this townhome. It was very close to the beach and short drive to the pier and boardwalk with plenty of restaurants near by. The home had everything we needed inside, plus lots of things for the beach and pool. Tons of beach chairs, toys, and floaties! The owners were wonderful. We were able to check in early and they were responsive when it came to questions during our stay.

This was, by far, one of our favorite rentals. The attention to small details by the owners is unmatched. Literally everything you have at home, you have here. Plentiful pots and pans, dishes, silverware and towels. Great, high end appliances, including washer, dryer, refrigerator and ice maker. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for all 6 in our group. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The place was terrific! Large bedrooms, great views and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our only complaint would be the propane grill. It did not work. It was old and not usable.

Such a great place!! Very spacious and well equipped. Even had an ice maker and all the things for the beach. First time in Pensacola and this area was beautiful. The beach was very private with only a few others out, granted it was March. The house still had a great view despite being back just one row, and still having extremely short walk down the ramp to the beach. Incredible sunrise and sunset. Loved this place. Only draw back - had a minor issue with ants in the laundry room, but other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Enjoyed our stay! It was very crowded in Pensacola with the Blue Angels show. These townhouses are located in a more lowkey area, but very convenient to trolley stops. Beach was not at all crowded. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful and beautiful home

I highly recommend this beautiful home me and my kids and husband enjoy it for my anniversary and his birthday and everyone was friends and beautiful place to see beach and a far walk to beas .

Everything was wonderful at this property!

The stay was great at this property. It was clean and the kitchen had newer appliances and lots of dishes etc. Even tho it was cooler weather, we enjoyed the sun on the large deck.

Beautiful townhome. Great gulf views, and easy access to the beach. The only problem we had was figuring out how to use the TV. We'll be back again.

This was the first time we tried a family Christmas vacation and it was so amazing! It was my husband and myself and our five children ranging in ages 15-24, and the place was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was great - with everything I could ever think of to cook with on vacation plus more. Plenty of serving trays, cups, silverware, dinnerware, etc. The kitchen space was plentiful as well with a large dinner table to fit the entire family and open to a large living room. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms were great for our family. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect as well as closeness to restaurants and shopping. This place and experience far exceeded my expectations!
