This 5-bed, 2.5-bath home allows families to enjoy everything within walking distance of Downtown Bryson. A full kitchen, a living room, an outside seating space, and a room totally dedicated to your pets are included! While renting this home, you can receive 20% off at Bryson City River Tubing, located next door. This property includes a big kitchen, a living room, and an outside covered seating space with a BBQ grill. And, dont forget your favorite pet! We have dedicated a room just for them, furnished with beds, toys, and more. So they can enjoy their vacation too. You will have plenty of space in this 4-bedroom home, with two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds. With two full bathrooms and a half bath, there will be plenty of room for everyone. Guests have access to the full property.

Rooms were clean beds comfortable very roomy All appliances were top of the line conveniently located to the train depot and walking distance to all restaurants I would book again if in the area

Such a cute spot! Plenty of room for couples or families. Even better in person! Home was clean with plenty of extras. Host was super responsive and extremely accommodating. Would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Amazing!!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! It was walking distance to everything so we didn’t need to drive anywhere besides the grocery store and it was less than a 5 min drive. We did drive up to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to do rafting and that was about a 10 min drive at most. This rental is pet friendly and almost every store and restaurant in Bryson City is pet friendly as well so you can take your dog walking around town with you and most of the stores have water bowls for the dogs. This is definitely the place you want to be if you love to take you dog along for the trip. There is also "Island Park" that you can walk to that has r. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the view on the train with the mountains behind it. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Super clean and great location for riding the train. Everything felt new. Comfortable beds and high end appliances. Good tvs. Wierd layout, but being old friends, we did not mind walking through each other' rooms to get to the kitchen or to our own bedroom. All bathrooms are up two steps. I understand the reason, adding plumbing over a concrete space, but this feature should be clear in the description in case any of the guests would find that difficult. We had problems getting the lockbox open for the key. But all in all we like the place and would deffinitely stay there again. Really, really clean!

Milepost 64 fit the bill for what we were looking in this trip to Bryson City, namely: a convenient location, easy parking, clean and well-kept accommodations, and "something" that we wouldn't find around home. As others have mentioned, the layout is a little quirky with the elevated (up two steps) platform bathrooms and an almost circuitous (for lack of a better word) layout. [For example, you can't get from the living area to the kitchen without going through at least one bedroom.] But the living area also had a refrigerator, a Keurig machine, a drip-coffee maker, and a large island that helped to minimize the need. We knew about these quirks going in, though, and our party (including a 70year old, someone with low vision and two teens) was fine. It may not be ideal for a party with little kids, older members or someone with limited mobility or knee issues, however.Morgan was a very responsive host, answering a few questions prior to our arrival and even a couple of late-night inquiries during a power outage the first night. There were plenty of soft bath linens and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C units scattered throughout the property made it possible for everyone to stay comfortable. The location, directly across the tracks from the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad depot, made the entire downtown area accessible from the house--no need to hunt for parking.We enjoyed our trip and would have no issues staying here again if available.
