Really great place and conveniently located. The host was great and gave great recommendations of places to go. Plenty of room in the apartment and had everything we needed. Hopefully we can stay there again one day.

My husband and I visited Frederick, MD, for a short getaway and had a wonderful stay at Pat’s place! Check-in was a breeze, and the place was delightful and quaint, retaining much of its historic character and charm. It was located right in the heart of downtown Frederick, which was perfect for us, since many of the restaurants and shops we wanted to explore were within easy walking distance. Having an assigned parking space in a lot just 1.5 blocks away was also very convenient. Also, Pat was a wonderful host and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to stay at Pat’s place again the next time we visit Frederick!

An absolutely adorable apartment - right downtown! My wife and I stop for a few days each year on our way to the Outer Banks - 5th stay and counting! Highly recommended in every facet. Pat is an amazing host & so well appointed! Cozy bed, soft towels, and right in the middle of all the delicious downtown restaurants and many, many small shoppes & businesses. If you are travelling though, or looking for a weekend getaway, look no further - you won't be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s a perfect size for a single traveler or a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.What really stood out were all the thoughtful extras provided throughout the property. It’s obvious the host has put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they might need, and those little touches really make a difference.I also enjoyed reading through the guest book and seeing what previous visitors had written. After staying here myself, I can say their compliments are very well deserved and completely accurate. Cozy, charming, comfortable, and a true home away from home.Everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The host was prompt and communicative. Check in process was smooth and easy. Loved the main living space and location. The parking space was convenient to have for Frederick and only a few blocks away.

Great location and Pat is a great host. The 1 bedroom apartment is clean and easy to access. We also get a free parking spot about 2 blocks away which is convenient. The apartment is very functional which works great for us.

This property is ideally located in downtown Frederick, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Restaurants, shops, parks and historic sites are within walking distance. Pat is a wonderful host! (Since she knew we were interested in birdwatching, she provided books about birds in the apartment.) We will definitely stay here when we visit Frederick.

Had a wonderful staycation for my dog and me. Very quaint, convenient apartment close to everything in downtown. Pat was a gracious host and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Nice getaway in the center of Frederick with lots of restaurants and bars this apartment has everything you need. Parking free 3 blocks away. The host is very nice and helpful. We will return.

Great stay in the heart of Frederick. Owner, Pat is a true gem. Will definitely stay again. Only recommendation is to bring a noise machine or ear plugs if it’s a weekend night.

Property is an older unit and its amenities reflect its older age. The location is superb if one desires access to central Frederick and its many museums, parks, walks, restaurants, shops, cafes. Host Pat is very pleasant to deal with and readily available via phone or email when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the need arises.

We had a wonderful time and this apartment is close to everything. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Pat’s communication was great and she made us feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things and absolutely recommend this VRBO. We will definitely stay here again.
