Well built well thought out floor plan. Loved the views and the front porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would not recommend to anyone who is mobility challenged as access to the home requires ascending up a steep hill to steps.

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely waterfront home! The location was perfect, just a stones throw from ocean and centrally located on the island. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding.The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local tips. We especially enjoyed the tropical breezy deck for morning coffee. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely return.”

The in person concierge, not the host was very welcoming and the location was excellent perched over the very blue Atlantic. The driveway was quite challenging, the dryer didn’t work at all and there was a lot of unnecessary messaging about the 50lb water bottle which now has a pump but didn’t when we arrived. Beach chairs, sand toys and lots of puzzles and children’s games were all new and much appreciated. House is well equipped and comfortable. Three bathrooms was a definite plus.

A stunning house just 5 minutes from Rainbow Beach — the sunsets alone are worth it. The house is brilliantly set up for a long stay: well-stocked kitchen and all the beach gear you could need (towels, chairs, toys and more).The in-person concierge (Jennifer) was exceptional: welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring throughout. Power outages are very common in Eleuthera — the house has solar panels which help with shorter ones, but longer outages still affect it. There were no candles or flashlights on arrival, but Jennifer immediately sent the maintenance team to drop some off that first night. That kind of responsiveness made all the difference.Two practical notes: the gas wasn't switched on at arrival (no cooking on night one), and there's no washer/dryer on the property — mentioned in a comment but easy to miss in the listing. Worth planning ahead for longer stays.Strong winds all week kept us from enjoying the outdoor area, but we imagine it's magical in calmer weather. A wonderful base for Eleuthera!
