* Coffee bar is set up with combination drip/Keurig coffee maker and creamers and sweeteners. We provide Keurig coffee pods for our guests.

Hello and welcome! I’m Pam McGehee, the founder of St. Gemma Properties, a boutique, women-led property management company based in Galveston, Texas. A Fort Worth native, I’ve always believed that true hospitality comes from attention to detail and genuine care for people.
After years of traveling and staying in vacation homes around the country, I was inspired to create a collection of properties that offer the comfort of home with the refinement of a luxury stay. Each home in my portfolio is thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained, and personally managed by my local team — never a call center, never a “big-box” approach.
What I enjoy most about hosting is seeing guests make lasting memories — whether it’s a family celebrating a milestone, friends reconnecting, or a couple enjoying a quiet retreat by the sea. It’s an honor to share Galveston’s beauty, history, and coastal charm with visitors from near and far.

Nestled far enough from the hustle and bustle of town, Sea Isle’s beaches remain uncrowded and pristine, with beautiful dunes, natural seagrass, and a private walkway that leads directly to the shore.
Our home sits on a double lot, offering ample space for children to play and families to relax.
What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is its welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and the tranquility that comes from having a peaceful, gorgeous stretch of beach almost to yourself. It’s a place where you can unwind and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Twin Palms Paradise is on a double lot with the most SPECTACULAR view of the beachfront. We have a private walkover to the beach and our house is 5-star clean ALL THE TIME. All the furniture is in great shape, and very clean. EVERYTHING is clean and bright. Other homes in the area don't hold a candle to St. Gemma Properties.
