Welcome to The Beach House, a pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront vacation rental located in the scenic Sea Isle subdivision of Galveston, Texas. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, a fully fenced yard, and sweeping Gulf views, this approximately 2,000-square-foot retreat is perfect for beach lovers, families, and dog owners seeking a comfortable and convenient coastal escape—just steps from the sand.

The Beach House offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf from both the expansive covered deck and the home’s spacious interior. The gated deck includes built-in benches and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to sip coffee, enjoy the sea breeze, and keep pets or young children safely contained. Downstairs, you’ll find a shaded bar area, picnic table, and porch swing—ideal for sunrises, casual BBQs, or post-beach relaxation. There's also a fully fenced yard and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your beach adventures.

Inside, the home features an airy open-concept layout with high, pitched ceilings and clean, coastal décor. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for gathering and entertaining. A large dining table and island seating ensure there's room for everyone, while the indoor bar—complete with a mini fridge—makes it easy to keep the drinks flowing. You'll love cooking, mingling, and enjoying the Gulf views all at once.

Sleeping accommodations are plentiful and well-appointed. The master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, TV, and private access to the deck with ocean views. Two additional bedrooms also include king beds and TVs, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or groups with two sets of pyramid bunk beds (2 twins, 2 fulls) and a TV. Three roll-away beds offer even more flexibility for larger groups. A shared hallway bath completes the setup.

Looking for more than one home? The Beach House is located next door to Front Row and just behind The Perky Pelican, making it an ideal setup for family reunions or group travel. The Sea Isle community offers even more ways to enjoy the outdoors, with a public park, tennis courts, picnic pavilion, bait shop, convenience store, restaurant, and a community pool available with a $100 pass.

Amazing home with an amazing view

Absolutely loved our time in this spacious home and the beach access was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. There is plenty of room for a large family/friends.

Beautiful property but…

The property was wonderful. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, board games, books, etc. Great location right on the beach. But…a rental of this price and quality should absolutely provide more than one tiny Motel-6 sized bottle of shampoo and one smaller than Motel-6 sizes flake of soap.

Terrific location

The Beach House sits as close to the beach as you can get. Sea Isle is such a fun community, we loved the Patriotic Parade! The beach could use a good raking but overall was terrific.

Three families - One beach house

We had a great time here at the beach house. Lovely open layout with plenty of space for all our meals and snacks in the kitchen. Three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. One room for the big kids to sleep in bunks. So close to the beach! We loved being able to just walk back to the house if we needed to eat or use the restroom. Such a fun property. We will remember our time here forever!

Great Trip

We had a fabulous time. Great location. Only down side is that two of the rooms were pretty warm and two were freezing! But even with that, we will be back!

Friend trip

Had a great time. House was great. Clean, big enough for everyone. Enough bathrooms lol amazing view. We enjoyed that it was close to town but still away from the crowd. Had 3 families and had plenty of room.

Beach house

Great house for size of our family. While house needs some updating in the kitchen mainly, it was comfortable and clean for us. Did not realize it was 20+ miles from main Galveston shopping and things to do but it was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Absolutely Perfect

The home was perfect for a large family gathering. Plenty of space for meals and well-equipped with TONS of supplies, like silverware, plates, etc. Beds were extremely comfortable and the newly remodeled bathrooms were great. The beach was never crowded and it's one of the few places that cars couldn't directly access, so we felt comfortable letting our small children play freely. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our extended family

This house was ideal for our family of 3 generations. Loved the spacious living, kitchen and dining area … we Were able to seat all 10 of us at the table. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and kitchen gear for our Thanksgiving dinner. Best of all was the ability to step right onto the beach!

Excellent stay

We stayed over Thanksgiving because we love winter on the beach. It could not have been more perfect. Great attention to detail. Anytime I looked for something in the kitchen I found it easily. The deck is awesome.

Family Beach Trip

We all had a wonderful time! The house was great. Very very clean. Not too cluttered. We had 2 young children so that was really great! Beds were comfy furniture comfy. A nice long table to enjoy family meals. We are planning on making this an annual trip

You can’t get closer to the beach

We had a nice relaxing 3-day weekend at this beautiful, clean and light filled house on the beach. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the roar of the gulf while we sat on the huge deck and enjoyed cocktails. I’d definitely rent again. The only problem we had was that two of the bedrooms were much colder than the rest of the house but we found nice thick blankets in the closet so we were fine. Lots to do and see in this area. We had a great time.
