Location was great and neighborhood was quiet. Check in and out was easy. House was cozy and had everything we needed! We had 2 vehicles and there was still plenty of driveway parking left and street parking as well.

House was perfect. This is a great location to stay when visiting East TN. It puts you in close proximity to Gatlinburg and the Smokies but also Knoxville. In our case it was perfect for our stay to attend a wedding at Colley Hill Farm, just 9 minutes away.

Host went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She was both friendly and very sweet, we actually got to meet her in person which actually added to our experience and we loved her. House was super clean, neat and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend her house and will be back to stay again if available. Marcie is just the best and do not hesitate to stay with her if you need a place in her area.

Host was very kind and had great communication. The home, although older, was clean and comfortable and worked great for my family. Location worked fantastic for us as it was out of the hustle and bustle but could easily get to locations we desired. Overall a very nice experience.

Everything was just perfect. Our host couldn't have been more accommodating. The Carson-Newman University touches were so special to us. The gift basket was absolutely amazing. We loved the selections of coffee K-Cups. I can't rave enough about our host & the house. Would definitely book here again!!

The quiet you didn’t know you needed

Our family stayed here for a few nights around July 4th and to say it was quiet even on a holiday was an under statement we didn’t hear any of the neighbors once. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Has everything you need to cook and entertain. The microwave is a tad bit greedy and doesn’t like to share (you have to rent to find out what I mean) overall wonderful experience and would definitely book again!!

Marcie is an amazing host. Communication was awsome from prebooking to close out. The house is exactly as posted, Very roomy, clean and comfy. We had two full size trucks with 21' bass boats and an addional truck, all fit in the driveway. We had no issues with the 110 v plug outside, it was hooked to two battery chargers and did great. Kitchen is well stock with all needed utensils, pots and pans. Location makes it very easy to get to either Lake. A very nice snack package was waiting for us on the table as well. Check out was also very easy.

Marcie is a wonderful and gracious host! She went out of her way to ensure our work crew had everything they needed, including an appliance that was not usually kept at the property. She spent extra time working with VRBO to correct my check out date I had entered incorrectly, so I wouldn’t have to repay a cleaning and damage fee. She was extremely kind, attentive, responsive and pleasant to work with.
