This charming partially furnished studio style, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor studio casita, with a pool.
Ria views and about a half km to the Gulf of Mexico.
The open floor plan maximizes this cozy casita and the enormous private deck encourages creative use of the space and the indoor/outdoor living.
The locals in the area love life and there are chances of gatherings at the neighbors. If you are incline to be friendly you may even get invited.
Spend your day at one of the most breathtaking beaches in the Yucatan, lounge by the pool or relax and enjoy the cool breezes on your private deck.

The area can loose power during storms. If this should happen we encourage you to enjoy the beach. local shopping or sightseeing of the incredible cenotes and Maya ruins.

The Space:
This casita is minimally furnished with simplicity in mind and perfect for you to add your personal touch.

Guest Access:
There will be a key box near the pedestrian gate. You will receive the code via email prior to your arrival. Once inside the garage area you will see a walkway to the right that will lead you to the stairs to your casita.

The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That’s ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.

Getting Around:
There are Tuk tuks, Uber, combi bus, and private drivers in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.
