This was our second year staying at Driftwood and it was amazing. Property is clean, conveniently located, walking distance to both the pool and the beach. The hosts provided all the information we needed and then some to be able to settle in and not have to worry about a thing. Our children loved it and this has become our annual trip that we count down to!

We had a wonderful week at Drift Away Cottage with our children and grands. The beach, with its beautiful sunrises, was right outside our door, as was the lovely swimming pool. The house was spotless and comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed right down to the beach chairs and toys. Every question we had was answered within moments by text. Jekyll Island itself is magical. We would love to visit again!

Originally from Maryland, I moved to Georgia in 2014. With a BS in Hospitality Management, I love to help our guests have a wonderful visit to the Golden Isles! Our company, with my wife and sister-in-law, also specializes in interior design and helping those who fall in love with this area to relocate here. As a bonus, we also focus on finding investment properties for our clients.

The tide swing in this area is very large. Sometimes 6-8 feet difference between low and high tide. It's amazing to watch throughout the day. If you can't make it down to the beach from our crossover, again you can always get to the beach from many other nearby access points, just a couple of minutes away.
