La Cantina doors fully open to connect the deck with the living room and kitchen, creating the ultimate indoor-outdoor California living space. Fire up the grill and catch the game inside without missing a moment.

THIRD FLOOR ROOFTOP DECK:
Head up to the third floor and experience the crown jewel of this beach home—a spacious rooftop retreat with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, dine al fresco at the outdoor table, or unwind in the lounge area complete with a cozy fireplace. The rooftop also features a built-in wet bar, fridge, and an enclosed loft space with two pull-out sofas, framed by La Cantina doors that can be fully opened to connect with the outdoor deck or closed for added privacy. The custom kitchen features high-end Wolf & Sub Zero appliances and comes fully stocked with cooking and dining essentials, a traditional coffee maker, Keurig machine with complimentary K-cups, and a toaster. Gather around the stunning island to enjoy drinks, snacks, and quality time with family and friends.

DINING SPACE:
Inside, enjoy bar seating for 4 at the kitchen island and a dining table for 6 on the outdoor deck, perfect for al fresco meals.

The open-concept living room offers a bright, comfortable space to unwind—whether you`re watching a movie, playing cards, or catching up with loved ones. With a Smart TV, gas fireplace, and stylish furnishings, it’s the perfect spot to relax and hang out together.

LAUNDRY:
2nd floor washer & dryer with complimentary starter laundry detergent pods

ACCESS:
You will receive a personal lockbox code to access keys for entry. Walk down the alley on the right side, go upstairs to the second floor, and find the smart lockbox on the railing by the front door. Enter your code, press the lock icon, and the box will open with 2 keys inside. Please return keys at checkout.

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available for guest use. in the garage. Please note, parking spot is tight so it is recommended to bring a small car. There is public parking on our street.

TRASH:
All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view.

Trash collection day is Monday, so trash cans need to be put out Sunday evenings to ensure trash is picked up.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
There is a Ring camera at the front door entrance. There are also security cameras on the garage alley side of the home.

Checkout - 10am
Checkin - 4pm

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
-No refunds will be given for weather-related or personal matters. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to taking your trip.
-Must sign rental agreement
-No pets

City of Newport Beach Regulations to be followed:
-Must be 25 years of age to rent
-No parties, large gatherings, or events allowed on property
-Must abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 10am
-Must provide license plate number of vehicle being parked on property
-Guests may use all areas of the home, except for locked owner`s closets.

• A personalized smart lockbox code will be provided before arrival for smooth, contactless entry.

⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm. A $100 early check-in fee will apply. We do not offer late check-out.
