Nantucket style luxury on the sand! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all on the first floor opens right on the boardwalk and sand. Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the beautiful Marina Park right on the harbor. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV, exterior security cameras. Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa Piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. See also VRBO#969334 for similar rental (5 bedroom) in same building.

The unit was perfect for our growing family and the entire process from booking to checkout was seamless. Clean, comfortable, spacious, location-we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We did have one very small issue with an appliance not working, but our amazing host Cristi solved that problem immediately. She also checked in several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We came away very impressed. We will definitely be rebooking for next year, but maybe with the 5bdr unit next door. Thanks again for helping us host a perfect family vacation!

Condition of the house was great-AC worked good. Only suggestion is to update kitchen cookware, utensils, sharper knives, etc. The instructions for the TV in the living room are outdated and there were 3 remotes, but finally figured out which of the 3 worked. Couch is very comfortable and great for relaxing with a good movie or the Sunday football games! There is a LOT of beach between the house and the water so if you have mobility issues and want to hang out on the beach, it is quite a workout; however, totally worth it. We enjoyed the restaurants up by the Newport Pier. Fly N' Fish, especially good for seafood and great service. Thanks, Christie. We had a great time.

Great location and place to stay

We love this location! The space was open and fit everyone very comfortably. Loved to open kitchen and the wall opening to the patio and beach was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Toilet was busted, laundry machine broken, grill didn't work, kitchen had dirty pans and 0 cooking utensils. The location can't be beat; but the house leaves lots to be desired. If we are paying for these amenities, I expect them to be in working order. Will not stay here again.

2nd stay here. Beautiful house, beautiful view and plenty of room for our family. Hot water never an issue, even when 3 showers going at once. Everything you need for the beach and the host is very responsive. We will be back!

Great Location

Owner was very communicative. Beautiful place that opens up completely to the ocean view. Great patio, plenty of room for extended family.
