We had a great time. Being right on the water was so cool. Was so glad we could bring our dogs. This cabin is very nice. The host was super nice and easy to talk. He was very quick to respond. Every one we encountered on our weekend trip were so nice. Perfect location to go explore and the towns near by were awsome Roscoe village is a must see. Thank you

I was there for my birthday weekend. I love the cabin. I will come again, but maybe in warmer temperatures so I can sit out on the deck and do some fishing. I really love this place.

Great place to stay, the views of the river were awesome! Also there was a great little bar down the road that had awesome food and drink. My only complaint was the size of the bed. The bed was super comfortable though!

Exactly what we were looking for. Small town Ohio. Woods, trails, water, all nearby. Cool little bar nearby. Locals were welcoming.

Had to clean the shower drain out before we could use due to being full of dirt and hair, had to clean kitchen sink drain to work, water stopped working, not happy.

Hmmm first of hearing about kitchen sink, I would have addressed this if I had known of any issues. The shower you called me today at 5:30 am “the day you were leaving” to tell me it wouldn’t drain, so it was fine the past two nights. I would say you guys clogged it not a big deal that’s why it has a strainer just lift up clean the hair out and go on. But why lie and say you had to clean it before you ever used it. As it seems nothing makes you happy as I heard that phase 4 times you are that type of individual. Just like you said the grill was a pos and so was the hot plate because you didn’t know how to use either, after I toward you that you have to use the included pans and how to turn the grill on you still called VRBO customer support to let them know you were not happy. But you got everything to work. SMH

There were bugs in the bed. With no cell service you had to go to the road to contact the host. He said he was on his way but after waiting, we locked it up and left. He said he would reimburse me but has not!

You’re right there was a roly-poly that got into the bed. Which we have a monthly plan with an exterminator, but the little sucker made it past our defense. You told me the issue and I was there within 30 minutes and you had already left. I’m sorry, but you’re in the country. There was no refunding as you canceled the stay before it even started. Which rightfully so but VRBO handles that once you cancel stay. There is WiFi there to hook to.

When we first got there, we walked through and found hairs on the toilet, the blanket on the bed was covered in lint and fuzz, the cabin was leaning so much towards the creek that we kept tripping as we walked and things were not as pictured. We’re assuming there were some AI generated pictures that were shared. We decided to stay the first night, but quickly decided the next morning that we weren’t going to stay the second night we paid for. As I was stripping the blanket, sheets and pillowcases off of the bed, a used band-aid came out of one of the pillowcases. That made us more confident in not staying a second night. Once we returned home, the host messaged after we were supposed to have been checked out and asked how it was. I let him know all of these things and asked if it would be possible to get a refund for our second night that we didn’t stay to which he replied ‘absolutely’. It has been a week and we are still to see any signs of a refund to our bank account. We were very disappointed since this was supposed to be a nice anniversary getaway. We definitely do not recommend staying here.
