Everything about the his property was great! The neighborhood was beautiful, neighbors were friendly, and close to every thing we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and big. The deck was the place to hang out and the grill was a huge plus in my book. I think my only complaint was that the driveway was a little too steep for my minivan with bike rack to get up without scratching the bottom. Definitely not a deal breaker though.

The Air B&B was very pretty in a very quite and beautiful neighborhood,, but it had not been cleaned and there were only three towels in the bathrooms. The dryer was full of towels that had been washed. The trash was still in the containers in the garage and smelled terrible. I did report the problems to the host and he was very apologetic.

Deborah I apologize you experienced these things upon your arrival. My cleaner had been through a transition and had someone new out that did not meet the standards. We have since addressed this issue and it should not happen again.

We really enjoyed this home! The house had an awesome layout for our family and is on a quiet, beautiful cul de sac! Clean, quiet, had everything we needed, great town- had everything we wanted!! Loved all the different areas to hike and bike on! For our family’s ages, we needed to drive to the trail sites to then bike and hike, but so worth it! Beautiful wooded areas! We loved it!! And great communication with the host and easy entry! Great getaway for our family!

Great location for mountain bike trip into NW Arkansas. Close to OZ bike park and trails connecting into other trail systems in Bentonville.The host was very responsive, and the house met the expectations we had from the listing. We’d rent again.
