Discover elevated relaxation at Ryan’s Rocky Top, a secluded tiny home sanctuary nestled atop Sunset Bluff on the Cumberland Plateau. Designed with peace and privacy in mind, this mountain retreat invites you to slow down and indulge in life’s simpler pleasures.



Start your day with coffee on the expansive deck as sunlight filters through the forest canopy. Unwind in your personal sauna or take a starlit soak in the oversized swim spa. Evenings are best spent around the fire pit, surrounded by Adirondack chairs and the calming sounds of nature.



Note: Firewood is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a bundle from Retreat Vacations. Please also note that the grill is a charcoal grill.



Inside, you'll find a cozy modern interior with all the comforts of home. Whether you're seeking romantic seclusion or a solo reset, Ryan’s Rocky Top offers a deeply relaxing and restorative escape from the ordinary.

Great getaway

A lovely little cabin with some excellent amenities. Loved the outdoor lighting. The sauna and the hot tub were amazing. The little pool is a swim in place lap pools which is awesome. Both were very clean and ready to use. The house is nicely set back from the road and feels very private. A fantastic retreat. Thanks!

Serene Mountain Vibes

We loved our stay. I picked this place because of the sauna & large hot tub/swim spa. It did not disappoint. It was just what we needed and although in a tiny home community…felt incredibly private. The home was clean and fresh, stocked well & we made some great memories. Looking forward to a return trip.

Loved the amenities; fire pit, sauna, hot tub, grill, and swim spa. I chose this cabin for my wife and I because it was listed as secluded. There were workers next door all day Friday while we used the pool and fire pit, with little to no privacy. An umbrella would be very helpful on the deck for a reprieve from the sun. Applying sunscreen throughout the day Friday, without shade we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors Saturday and left early. We would rent the cabin again (and bring an umbrella) however; the cabin being built next door eliminates privacy, which was the main reason for a long weekend getaway. That said, loved the setup with the lighting and all the amenities.

Please note this is on a separate private property, so unfortunately we don’t have control over any work happening there. Overall Nice Getaway

We came to spend a weekend away just to decompress and hike. This tiny home fit that bill nicely. It’s cozy, very clean, and the hot tub and lap pool were amazing after long days.
