Peaceful, clean, and charming

Everything was lovely. Bring your own coffee as I had a hard time finding a decent cup nearby. Hot tub was a bonus!

Cutest little getaway!

Everything was so easy to access and perfect for a cozy getaway! Close to waterfalls and all sorts of areas to hike and explore! Hosts were very responsive when needed. Thank you guys so much!

Relaxing long weekend at a charming tiny home!

My partner, his daughter, our Boston Terrier and I spent a long weekend at Cozy Oaks and we hated to leave. We had plenty of room and really loved the house. The 13 year old loved sleeping in the loft. We cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the water pressure and HOT water in the shower. We also loved the cozy blankets on the couch and bed. Look forward to returning!

Great little place

Adorable place to stay. Really enjoyed our time there. Bed was comfortable - kitchen was stocked for what we needed. Hot tub was great. No problems - coded door was a plus - being able to skip any kind of check in process was amazing.

Great Cozy Getaway

Cozy Oaks was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Nestled among beautiful oak trees, this charming cottage offers a peaceful escape with all the modern amenities you need. The hot tub is a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Its convenient location makes it easy to find while still feeling tucked away in nature. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a quiet break, a Cozy Oaks Staycation is a wonderful choice!

Relaxing getaway!

We had only one night at the Cozy Oak, but we enjoyed it thoroughly! The hot tub was great after a day of driving. We didn't get to have a fire in the firepit, because it rained but the outdoor space was well planned out. The home had everything you need and was comfortable for the 3 of us staying. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Great little place but needs some improvements

The Good: I was traveling solo and this place was pretty perfect for just me. First and foremost, this place is very cute and styled nicely. Had everything you need to cook a meal, a nice grill, and a clean hot tub to relax in. Two wonderful hammocks for chilling under the trees, a BBQ for grilling, and a fire pit for nighttime enjoyment. The property management team is also wonderful and very helpful. I had a lockout issue upon arrival and it was resolved in 15 minutes. What needs improvement: 1. No window blinds in bunk beds, up stairs loft, or master bedroom upper window. Not only was it super bright, but the neighboring properties could see right in where you are sleeping. I ended up using all the throw pillows to block the windows in bunk beds area and a make shift curtain from a blanket in master bedroom. 2. No laundry soap provided. 3. Internet access had issues and multiple resets of modem did not help. Could not watch TV or stream reliably due to dropped packets / huge latency issues (I’m an IT guy and reported to management company) 4. Master bed is too firm for my liking but bed firmness is so specific to each individual so others may prefer what is did not I do recommend this place overall, but do hope for the property management to look into the suggestions I have documented
