This gently sloping pebble beach is a great place for exploring, kayak launch, and swimming .
Beach Haven is newly renovated with new flooring, kitchen appliances, mattresses and bedding .It is very well set up for your perfect holiday !
Quadra Island has Golf course, mini golf , pub, restaurants, food trucks, climbing, mountain biking, bike rentals, hiking trails and of course world class kayaking.

Great spacious cabin tucked privately in the woods on a very protected bay that is perfect for kids and paddling.

Very lovely home in a truly incredible location. The host was easy to contact and made us feel welcome. This was a very unique stay and we would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The home had a beautiful ocean view and was spacious enough for our family of 10. The area was very quiet and relaxing, and the host was great-responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, great layout, spectacular view

The property was amazing, with a incredible view on one of the best places to swim in the ocean in the area. It is warmer due to the shallow bay, so it is swimable. The place was immaculately clean upon arrival and the host provided advise when needed. Great stay, i would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here this December. The house was cozy and warm, and we loved the main floor's open floor plan. The kitchen is small, but it is very well stocked with cooking utensils, serveware and appliances. I would recommend meal planning with limited counter space in mind. The location is gorgeous - the view is beautiful, and the bay is quiet and private. The host was very friendly, and we're definitely hoping to be back!

My primary complaint about our short visit to Hyacinthe Bay was that it was too short. That's really a me/personal schedule problem, and not something intrinsic to the property. I wish I was there right now. Look, this listing has top-notch ratings for a reason. It's a fine home in a beautiful location. Our family brought a pair of tandem kayaks and plied the waters daily. I recommend a jaunt to the Breton Is. It took us a day to learn that threading a piece of driftwood through the fore and aft kayak handles allows for 4 people to carry one boat to the water with minimal effort when the tide is out (low tide a good 100m walk across the flats). Ask about the oysters.

Wonderful family getaway

Beach Haven was the perfect place to accommodate our family’s summer getaway and we made some wonderful memories here. It was conveniently located for exploring Quadra Island, and also a well-equipped home for sharing meals, relaxing, reading, playing, resting, enjoying the beach, fresh breeze, birdsongs in the trees, and changing views as tides ebbed and flowed into Hyacinthe Bay. We borrowed a canoe from my uncle and were able to further explore this beautiful area.Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

we love our quiet spot right on the gently sloping protected beach with the house looking out onto the ocean and hills beyond . There is some activity on the beach from other users but generally further along the beach and definitely never "busy" . Bring your beach/swimming shoes for safe enjoyment of the lovely beach

The location of this house makes most people say "Wow" --it is very special --- With the full renovation in 2025 this makes for a very comfortable stay with a great range of new appliances for home cooked meals if that's your wish for a true family get together, but lots of choices for dining out nearby in Heriot Bay
