This was a lovely comfortable property. The location is great. There's lots of deer roaming in the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked. It's one if the best we have ever rented. We will be back to stay.

This place was amazing. The owner was great and her communication was superb. We have no complaints. The location is near lots of places to eat and a grocery store. Location was so convenient.

Nice place close the Rec center and pickle ball courts. Nicely appointed kitchen and no stairs.

This unit is nicely equipped and very clean. The host was a wonderful help and was quick to respond to questions and gave fantastic direction. I highly recommend this property for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The place was amazing, especially for having my dog with me. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the safe feeling environment as I walked my dog every day. Plenty of walking paths and a dog park right next door. I will definitely be staying here again. Cons: Popular Amenities shows they have air conditioning. They do not and the house would get pretty hot even with fans on.

We have portable AC- but it is not hooked up yet as we were still in freezing temperatures at night.

Lovely condo. Beds a little too firm, pillows a little too thick. Both things can be remedied. Kitchen OK but sparsley equipped. Guests need better instructions on operating the front door lock and the fireplace. Lovely neighborhood.

Wonderful property which fit our needs perfectly. It was a very comfortable property with room to spread out located in a lovely little townhome community.kitchen was well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place in Pagosa Springs. We enjoyed the deer in the backyard, the walking trails all around, and the rec center right across the road. The host was very responsive in the place was very clean and well appointed with anything you would need. Would give six stars if I could.

Great location. Very clean. A wonderful kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, all in excellent condition. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. We will absolutely stay again.

Great spot close to town in Pagosa. Perfect for a little getaway. The host was super responsive and there were no issues with check in or check out. We had two little kids and our dog with us and it was a perfect for us. It is right across the street from the text center that includes a playground and walking distance from the lakes. It is also close to grocery stores and restaurants which is convenient.
