- Smoking is PROHIBITED in all areas of this property, INCLUDING OUTDOOR AREAS. Violators will be charged

- Maximum of ONE vehicle in the building’s parkade.

- Packard Ave and Dufferin St allows for additional overnight parking spaces. These streets are a 15 min walk from the unit.

- Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture

- Absolutely no gatherings or visitors that are not listed in the booking. This condo is for quiet, overnight stays only.

- This is a residential building, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of the residents who live here.

- Avoid cooking foods with strong odors.

- All areas of our property must be kept clean, undamaged, and the neighbors undisturbed.
