Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with private pool in Prestigious Golf Community of Highlands Reserve, Davenport. This spacious holiday villa is ideally located for access to Florida’s many attractions, including the Disney theme parks, which are a short 15 minute drive away.

This vacation home is spacious enough to sleep up to 8 with comfort (Bedroom 1 with a King sized bed, Bedroom 2 with a Queen sized bed, Bedroom 3 with a queen sized bed and Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds). There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 indoor dining areas and one outdoor dining area looking over the pool as well as the conservation woodlands. This backdrop offers a truly private setting for guests to relax in. The furnishings in the two spacious living rooms are provided to make your get away as comfortable as possible. The villa is equipped to offer you the conveniences of home with a full kitchen consisting of modern appliances as well as a washer and dryer. FREE Wifi and a FREE calls to the U.S. and Canada.

Highlands reserve villa

We had 4 marvellous weeks in this villa… location was perfect but we have stayed in highlands reserve a few times now and hopefully we’ll be back again next year.

Excellent Vacation

We had a tremendous stay. Everything from Oscar the property manager to the overall excellent condition of the house was just top notch. We will definitely be staying here again. Definitely recommend this property. Thanks for everything.

Really nice house with a few short comings

The house is very spacious and in general well maintained. The view from the lanai is unobstructed and looks out at a a nature area. It is very private due to fences on both sides. Unfortunately the screened-in porch had many holes so that insects and dirt ended up in pool and lanai area every day. Also the jacuzzi in the pool never really worked despite Oscar, the manager, doing his utmost to fix it. The house is very nicely decorated (loved the adjustable couch in front of the tv) and has a well equipped kitchen. Also the BBQ outside was terrific. Special thanks to Oscar, the manager, who is super responsive and friendly. Overall we had a really nice time and would recommend staying there!

Beautiful home

1st I must say that Oscar is fantastic. We had a few minor issues during the week and Oscar was there within 10 minutes to the rescue. Of note I would say that the house was just a little short of the essentials needed.Would I stay there again, absolutely!

Extremely Satisfying After-Covid Vacation!

First and most important comment of any review, to me, is always relative to the customer service. Excellent and outstanding service from property owner, Jacinthe and property manager, Oscar! She replied within MINUTES each time I contacted her and Oscar seemed to be at the front door ringing the bell for anything we needed, lol. They promptly responded to any of our questions or concerns before and during our stay. The management office was also very prompt and courteous as well! Excellent location as we were looking for some rest and relaxation after the long year+ of staying home during Covid and not being able to travel. It was also nice not having neighbors behind us and the only noise we heard was our own :-). If anything, as a suggestion to improve the rental, would be to maybe place a game table or two in the garage since there is plenty of parking in the driveway. This would be for the younger adult family members as my one desire (to lie on the patio and relax) was fulfilled. Great stay, enjoyed the new pool, and will definitely rent again. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful location.

This property was as advertised, great location with nothing but woods behind the property. Pool/Spa was excellent. Furniture was comfortable, as were the mattresses. Would return to this location!

The property was clean and met our needs. The people servicing the property need to be more observant of issues. The microwave was bad and was replaced. The TVs were not set up properly and had to be fixed. There was no information as how to use the remotes. The pool wasn't used but it hadn't been cleaned. They cleaned it the day before we left. The overall property was very nice. We would stay there again.

100% satisfied

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental. The owner is accommodating and quick to reply. The property manager (Oscar) was attentive, courteous, and quick to respond. We have been renting vacation homes for 25 plus years. We would rate this property in the top 5. Highland reserve is a preferred location. Quiet surroundings with all the amenities that you could want.

Very pleased!!

Me and my family just returned from our first family vacation and I must say I was VERY happy with our stay at the home. From beginning to end the process was smooth. During the booking process I had questions and needed clarification on some things and Jacinthe (owner) was very helpful during this process. Upon arriving my expectations of the home was what I had only saw online but once we walked into the home the pictures did no justice. The home was very clean, smelled great, plenty of space and was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is in a very quiet community and it is very close to grocery stores, shopping and places to eat. Everything was easily accessible. There was some small issues with the garage door and turning the bubbles on in the spa but each time I called the contact number Rita answered and if she missed my call she called right back. She was very prompt in having Oscar come out and assist with my concerns. This was a home away from home. I want to thank Jacinthe, Rita and Oscar for such an amazing vacation home and experience for my family. I can not say I have one complaint. We will definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to others. Thank you all again!!

Beautiful Villa!

I don't really write reviews but I just had to write one for this! Very nice place to stay after visiting all those crowded parks. Perfect location and the pool really nice, my kids loved it. Also we had some issues at first booking the place and the owner was very nice calling and assuring us it was booked for the week. Perfect! Thanks so much!

Great second visit!

The villa was just as we remembered it - immaculate both inside and around the pool area. A big thanks to Rita who called in to check that everything was OK during our stay. The pool area was nice and quiet and we had a few sightings of the deer in the morning as we had breakfast. Already planning our third visit.

Nice villa in a nice location

Recently returned from our second stay at Boca del Vista, our previous stay being in 2014. The property is as described and the only changes noted from the site images are upgrades with a new suite in the living room and table and chairs in the dining area. As indicated by other reviewers the surrounding area is well presented, peaceful and close enough to all attractions, although a hire car is a must, in my opinion, to make the most of the region. It's a good location for travelling further within Florida with the east and west coasts approx 1 hour away, Miami is 230 miles and the very picturesque Naples approx 230 miles. I would certainly recommend the latter for a day trip or longer, the beach and immediate surrounding area are a must see, particularly at sunset. We found that family Sunbathing on the pool deck isn't really possible until early afternoon but the sun stays on the pool through to around sunset when it sets behind the trees of the conservation area to the rear. Seasonal pm thunderstorms can restrict this further though, spectacular as they may be. There is almost complete privacy at this location with only very occasional maintenance staff likely to show up. Any issues we had were notified to the owners and dealt with promptly by the local management company, we have the impression the owners genuinely care about their guests having a pleasant time, reflected in the updated furniture and hopefully continued maintenance programme to maintain the required standards. Berry Town Center is on the edge of Highlands Reserve where you'll find an excellent Publix including gas station, local small independent restaurants and an Applebees and IHOP. A couple of miles further along the US27 is the beginning of the 192 where larger stores and restaurants to suit all tastes can be found. If you're not doing the parks, the newly opened Disney Springs is a decent entertainment spot with free parking and admission that provides an element of the park experience. Golf at Highlands Reserve with the associated House Links membership costs $25, decent Taylormade rental clubs are available at a further $40 although a discount card for 50% off was provided for my next round. In July the course is reasonably quiet, although I do know that from October is gets busy particularly into January when bookings are a must. Some course maintenance is undertaken so expect the greens to have been sanded etc. There are numerous courses within a 20mile radius.

Fantastic Holiday Home

This holiday villa was a delight to stay in during our 3 week holiday, 20 minutes drive from the Disney parks, very close to Publix, takeaways and restaurants. Highland Reserve is a quiet, well-kept resort. The villa itself has a great pool and outdoor seating area, the BBQ and table/chairs are under cover so you can sit out even during a thunderstorm. The pool is a good size, sun is on the pool from breakfast time, and on the patio area from mid-morning. The kitchen comes with all facilities and is a very good size, the general arrangement of the dining and lounge areas are handy for a family with younger or older children. 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms are all good sizes, the master bedroom in particular is very comfortable. The villa has been recently decorated and so is modern, fresh and clean. We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends, and hope to return to Florida and Highland Reserve soon!

Great Vacation Home

This home is located in a beautiful community and it was very clean and welcoming. The Golf Package was definitely an added value. It's close to all attractions, shopping and dining. The Property Manager was very helpful. We highly recommend this home and we would definitely like to come back and stay here again.
