We had a great time staying here. It was located near a lot of good restaurants and easy to get to different activities by car. There's parking in the garage of the building, and a pool and hot tub near the room. The apartment is spacious and cozy and we would definitely stay here again.

If you are arriving after 6 you may need to get entry card from apartment but easy. Great apartment clean and nice.

Thanks for clarify that for future guests,,, the garage is closed by the complex administration after 6 PM for safety, so guests arriving later may need to pick up the garage access card from the apartment. Instructions are sent before your arrival.

Don’t control how much tolido paper people use. That’s weird you have no idea other people’s bowel movements can’t believe I need to explain that. You should actually clean before people stay the floor was dirty. Towels are over used have holes and stains.

The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Really liked that some coffee and tea was provided, as well as basic seasonings. The towels were soft and absorbent. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub, though we had plans to do so. We did use the fitness room a couple of times and the clubhouse once. Parking was plentiful. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear.

The complex is a little confusing and they were doing some cleaning on the parking garages so some were closed. Other than that the stay went really well. We had an issue the first night and the owner took care of it right away. No other issues. The place was clean, the host responded quickly. We would stay here again.

First of all the booking done through Home UrbanNest, it was suppose to be by Delta Center but i never noticed the bookiong sent us to Millcreek, about 15 minutes further south. It was hard to locate and property office at site founbd it difficult to find the reservation. I call host and no answer. We had diddicult time parking in structure and getting to our room. the elevators required a code to go to our floor. we had to wait for poeple in the building to enter thier access. We final got code from a delivery guy and it worked. The room we were in #141 had the worst floors, everything creeks, especially going into the bedroom and bathroom.

The place was very pleasant but we do have a few suggestion that would make the experience much better: 1) mention the height restriction to get into the parking structure. Our van didn't fit. 2) When we had trouble getting the front door to open and tried to contact the manager, we were told that they were not available and to try back later. Not acceptable. It took us over four hours to get through the front door and a lot of that was working our way through VRBO's AI, then human, then finally getting to a supervisor. Then they needed a video of what we were doing to get in and that didn't happen even though we tried for nearly an hour using two different phones and many tries. 3) It would have been lovely to get a map of how to get from the apartment to the amenities - the pool, the gym, the dog relieving area. Thanks!

The parking garage height clearance is included in both the listing description and photos. The frontdoor smart lock temporarily disabled access after multiple incorrect code attempts as a security feature. We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving the issue. As check-in occurred after business hours while we were at another job, we encourage guests to share their estimated arrival time so we can be available if assistance is needed. For guests using the amenities, a building map is already provided inside the apartment, and we will also make this information more prominent in our welcome guide. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us improve the guest experience.

The host was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Gave the elevator code is convenient for access. The apt does need 2 keys and elevator fobs.The location is ideal. We will definitely be staying again and again. L.P.
