Luxurious Executive Villa 20 mins from Disney, Private Pool/Spa, Games Room

Equipped with everything you need to make your trip memorable. You can relax on luxury loungers by your own private, screened 26' x 13' heated pool or soak in the spa. The pool uses a salt based system idea for sensitive skins or young children. Pool heat is an extra cost. The north facing, extended deck, provides both shade and sun all day long. Challenge yourself to a game of pool or darts in the games room.

A selection of DVDs, books, board games, plus Wii with games are included. TV and DVD players in all the rooms. The villa has broadband, wireless wi fi and free calls locally and to land lines inmost Countries including Canada USA and UK.

The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in or order in.

We have uprated the deck lighting so that evenings can be spent by the pool and added Florida Glass to the lower Pool Cage Panels to aid privacy.

Disney trip

Had a great week in Orlando! House was lovely! Nice and clean! It was a comfortable stay for all of us! The kids enjoyed the pool!! And a quick drive to the parks.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Florida at this house! The hosts communicated well and made the process effortless. The house was clean and well organized and I highly recommend this home! We will return again :)

family Disney trip

We really enjoyed our stay. We came for a week for spring break Disney trip. The location was really convenient. Everything you needed was very close by. Close to Disney parks. Home looked exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. Bed were comfortable (pillows were a little too soft for my taste). Hosts were exceptional . Very fast communication. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Holiday

We recently stayed for 10 days as part of a 2 week tour of Florida and New York. What a fantastic villa in a great location in Clermont, just a short 10-15 min from Disney, with lots of restaurants on the way to/from the parks. Peter and Janis have been superb with contact throughout and we couldn’t have picked nicer people to deal with. Everything promised was delivered and more. Our next florida trip is likely to be Summer 2021 for Disney World’s 50th anniversary and I’ll happily book the same villa again if availability during our holiday dates allow! Florida Palms House

We love this property and the location. Great floor plan. It was clean and they provided the first roll of paper towel and toilet paper. Also a small bottle of dish soap and a pod for the dishwasher and washer, which was all very helpful. Well stocked kitchen, nice pantry to keep food in. Mattress in the front suite could have been more comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clea, also. Check-in was extremely smooth and the coomunication with owner was great! We have stayed before and would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great house with amazing location

We stayed over Christmas and New Years. The house was in very good condition and was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The kitchen is very well stocked and includes a juicer for the oranges you can buy just minutes away. The ice machine was also a highlight of the kitchen. This house is well set up for families with small children including 2 umbrella strollers, a high chair, a bed rail and a playpen as well as a safety gate around the pool. Though one end of the gate is not secured and my kids accessed the pool through the "secret passage way" (their words!). The home also has an alarm system which provided an extra sense of security, especially at night. We bought a few groupons for some local attractions that were fun: Christmas lights at Green Meadows Farm, Skeletons Unveiled, and Showcase of Citrus. The owners and the caretakers were VERY responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Overall our experience and our stay were positive. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Amazing place

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners were amazing. They were very understanding and pleasant. They provided all the info that we needed and answered all of our questions quickly. The villa was exactly how is was shown in the pictures, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We had to contact the property manager about a lock on the sliding door and they were a joy to deal with. They had the lock fixed in no time. Everything was perfect.

Enjoyed the spacious home and pool. Close proximity to Disney parks and SeaWorld.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter and Janis' home. The kids loved the pool. Close to Disney theme parks, SeaWorld and grocery stores and Walmart if you need to grab things. Peter and Janis was also very easy to communicate with. Due to hurricane Ian, we almost had to cancel or delay our trip and Peter and Janis was very understanding of the situation and provided flexibility for options. The home itself could use some updating and a few minor fixes (that we shared with the owners) but none of which bothered us during our stay. We definitely recommend renting this home and will consider renting it again in the future. Thank you Peter and Janis for allowing us to stay in your home for our Florida trip!

Great location

Stayed here for a work trip. However the drive to Disney parks was very convenient. Good neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants

Amazing Place to Stay

The house, pool and spa were amazing. The layout of the property was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed. We could not have asked for anything more and would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Vacation-Everything as Described

Renting this house was very seemless. Owners communicated everything that was needed. House was very clean, organized. I would highly recommend renting here as we definitely will the next time my family & I are in the area. Overall experience 5 out of 5!!!

Great place to stay and relax

The property was great. We enjoyed the pool and spa almost every day at our stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of dishes and towels. There’s even dish detergent. Also bathrooms have hair dryers even though we brought our own. The mattresses could still use some improvement. Overall, great place to stay. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Easy access to Disney and all the other parks. You won’t be dissatisfied!

Wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great - easy access to all Disney parks, restaurants, groceries, etc. The pool and spa were welcome amenities after long days at the parks. The home was very clean and well maintained; the only issue being the sagging king mattresses in the master suites.

Thanks Cheryl Not having been able to visit the villa since end 19 due to Covid we thought mattresses might need replacing - we arrive in a week so will put this on the job list.

Great House

Our family had so much fun during our stay. Property is in a nice quite neighborhood, house has a great layout, and the Pool! Our kids didn’t want to leave the pool. Highly recommend this property

Perfect vacation spot!

From booking to checking out, the process was so easy and made our vacation so much less stressful. The house is located in a cute community, was a breeze to access, and close enough to pretty much everything you could want on a Florida vacation! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals, which definitely saves money! And with 4 kids and 4 adults, it was nice to have the freedom to eat whenever we wanted. The pool was the perfect addition to keep the kids occupied during our down time, and they were very excited to swim at night! I was pleasantly surprised at the size of both master bedrooms, as well as the house as a whole. So much better than a cramped hotel room, and convenient when you’re traveling with more than one family! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

A great house close to the parks that make Orlando a great family vacataion

The house was exactly as pictured. It is large , airy and super clean. The check in process was simple and the owner provided a thorough handout that listed every possible contingency. There were softcover books in the bookcase, pool stuff in the garage. The internet speed was amazing. The pool was clean and the safety fence that surrounded the pool provided a sense of peace since we had our young grandkids with us. I highly recommend this home. Don't be afraid to reach out to the owner with questions. He was a delight to work with - answering questions promptly and thoroughly.

We spent may years renting in Florida so decided to buy our own villa. Janis is now retired and I run my own engineering consultancy.

Glenbook Resort suited our needs in that it was within easy reach of the Airports, Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. It is located close to the Highways so that both East and West Coasts are within an approx 75 mins drive.

As we spend 6 to 7 weeks a year there we have furnished it to Executive Standard as we treat it as our secondhome.
All our rentals our done direct with the guests.

With a digital door lock with a unique code for each guest there is no check in required.
