You will like the practical layout of the villa and tasteful decoration, the privacy of the pool and covered patio and the game room with an 8 foot slate pool table.The villa offers two king master en suite and two regular kids bedrooms with both 2 single beds. Full cable package, free internet wifi and free international calls ( land lines)
10 to 15mn to Disney and less than 2 mn to dining and shopping, huge Walmart less than 2 mn from the Villa. Clean, spotless and perfectly maintained. A fabulous home away for your family vacation or your next golf trip

Clean house with a pool. Everything worked and the location was great. Communication with the host was perfect and needed as we had trouble in route and our arrival time had several changes. Would recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Stayed for a week, while visiting colleges in central Florida, with my son. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice but didn't use it much. There is a Walmart and a public's about a mile away. Its not a brand new house, and dose show some wear. But again it served its purpose well, was so much better then a hotel stay. And would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was exactly what the description said it was. Very pet friendly. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and great pool. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We all had a great time and loved it. We would definitely book it again. The hosts were great! They answered all my questions quickly. Definitely great for families. Can’t wait to go again! It was exactly what we needed,

House has so much potential. First it needs a good cleaning, I swept the floors when I first got there and had a lot of dirt and dog hair in my pile. Second, the pool needs a good cleaning. The bottom of the pool was dirty and there were particles floating in the water. Third, I paid extra to have the pool heated for the week and it didn’t work right ( don’t waste your money). Positive side, great location, it has everything you could want, food, shopping, and Disney Parks were close. I would definitely stay here again, just would like to see a few things taken care of.

Your comments do not accurately reflect the condition of the home or the services provided during your stay. The property is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival. No concerns were reported at your arrival and therefore no opportunity was given to address any issues. It is absolutely ridiculous to send a picture of a small amount of dust you broom 2 days after arrival, and doesn’t reflect any lack of cleaning The pool is serviced once a week, and was serviced the day prior your arrival The heating system was fully operational, consistently maintaining 87°F. (It was checked during your stay (the day you asked us to come and change the entry door code because the one we had was not safe enough for you !) and at your departure, the pool was still at 87 degrees !!! Also, you never told me about any pool heating issue I you were looking for a Spa, I would recommend to rent a house who offers this option for your next stay !

Great fenced in backyard

Nice comfortable stay. Joy the privacy of the closed in pool. Very close to Walmart and restaurant. Very nice accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place easy to find

We loved our stay here, it was clean and just as described. The fenced in yard was little small but still worked perfectly for our small dog. The property owner was quick to respond to our pre trip and during trip questions. I will definitely be saving this when we decide to come back to disney in a few years. Thank you for having us as your guests, we had a wonderful time.

Our vacation

We had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for our family and dog. We enjoyed the pool, especially after coming home from the parks all day! The host answered our questions promptly. We will definitely stay again!

Great location

Our stay was very good. Home is well stocked with needed items. The pool was perfect after day at the parks. Its close to many restaurants. Its about 12 miles to Magic Kingdom but an easy drive. The host communicates well. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Quite Area

Was a quiet area to stay, the pool area was great. We did see lots of dead bugs in the bathroom areas that was missed by the cleaners wen we arrived.

Disney vacation

The house was as described. We had a great time as we used it for a Disney vacation for my daughters 15’s. The kids enjoyed the playroom very much.

As described

We had a lovely stay, the house was exactly what we needed (4 adults) and would be perfect for 2 couples with children too. The owners were prompt in replying when we did need to contact them.

Vacation with Family

Property was nice and clean. Contact with owner was excellent and easy. I would recommend this property for a great location for family vacation. Only suggestion is ceiling fans in every room, the temperatures were hard to regulate with AC at 72 and box fans. The game room was not climate controlled and machines were in disrepair.

Nice house except...

When we arrived the kitchen counters and floor were dirty. We took picture of what we cleaned off them. The house is nice and the pool. We did enjoyed our stay. We met a Uber driver, who was absolutely wonderful. His name is Russo. Nicest guy, he worked with us everyday. He was very fair in what he charged, especially compared to a cab!!! Look him up! According to the ad, it was 38 minutes from the airport. Do to traffic conditions, it's much longer ride.

Had a great stay while taking a break from Maine’s winter! Found the home to meet our expectations, even a bit more. It appeared well stocked, with everything you might need. Food prep items, dishes, towels, and everything else from children’s items, to a rolling walker, to bikes you can take around the neighborhood!The home was clean and the owner quite helpful! Had a couple of minor glitches, but the she was very quick to respond. So no big deal! We did find keeping the ac at 72 to be a bit warm. Then again, we’re from Maine, 72 can feel tropical to us! But there were fans. So that helped a lot. Especially in the game room. Which everyone enjoyed. IF I had to mention any downside, it’d be the bed in one main bedroom. It did feel like it had reached its life’s end. But not a deal breaker, considering everything else. While the temps were really to cool to fully enjoy the pool, we did enjoy it one day! It’d be a life saver during Florida’s summers, for sure! As for the yard, it was a small, but worked well for our purposes. And we did note that it appeared to be average size for the area, so… The location was great. Not far from Disney, which is a super plus if that’s why you’re there. If not, the local area was pretty good too. People were pleasant and while there was a bit more traffic than I’m used to, it wasn’t really that bad. We just learned to allow more time than the GPS said, and you were good! If we visit the area again, we’d definitely stay here again!
