Great property for multiple families and fenced in yard for children. Circle road and great for kids, nice neighborhood.

We loved the layout of this house, and the grounds are beautiful, and located in a nice neighborhood. The basement was good for one family, and then upstairs accommodated grandparents, a single adult, a child and parents. A couple things affected my rating. The biggest thing was ants. We are not unfamiliar with ants, but there was basically an ant highway in the kitchen for the majority of our stay, even though we placed ant baits provided but the house manager. I found ants in my bed, on me, and ants in the basement. The grills needed thorough cleaning, so we couldn’t use them. However, the garage was beautifully stocked with charcoal and supplies, as well as tons of beach supplies. The main surprise for us was that it was not central AC, but window units and a bigger unit in the kitchen. The primary bedroom had central AC. During the double heat wave, we survived, but there were areas of the house that were hot. Because of the window units, there were many bugs in the house in general. The kitchen was well supplied. There was a Keurig, a toaster, and a coffee maker. We loved the tv room to watch the World Cup, and the living room was gorgeous. All in all, a great multi family house—just needs some more upkeep to make it even better.
