We loved our time at this property and it was the perfect retreat after hiking and exploring! The AC, newer build, superbly clean, thoughtful kitchen items, and convenient location made it a cozy spot for our family. Highly recommend!

Great property and seems to be very new. We stayed multiple places during our trip and this was the best.

We were at the end of a 10 night trip up the East Coast with 1 night stays all along the way. This was our favorite stay - so clean and comfortable. We were so excited that we got to spend two nights here. Great location close to downtown Southwest Harbor. Close enough to Acadia park activities while being out of the craziness of Bar Harbor. Highly recommend!!

Excellent. Off the main road, quiet area. You do hear the people above you, if they are heavy footed. First group we did not hear, second much louder. Sunny spot to read and also plenty of shade. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect for our family, we camped nearby for a night and stayed here afterwards for two nights. The house is extra equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for us to use. The exterior of the property does have some bugs so make sure you bring bug spray when sitting out on the lawn chairs. It’s down the street from southwest harbor downtown, there’s a local lobster seller near by we were. We were able to get 4 lobster soft shell for 35, they also have hard shell. Drive slow into the neighborhood when coming back at night.

Facilities met our expectations and we appreciated the communication. Only complaint are the number of speed bumps and overall condition of the road. But we would stay there again.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights in July. It was a great little place for our family! It is very new and clean including appliances and amenities. 2 rooms with comfortable beds. King in 1 room and single over double bunk with an additional twin in the other room. We knew this going in, but 1 bathroom was not ideal and it wouldn’t make me change my mind about going back. The location is a little off the beaten path, but it was so nice to get away from the thousands of people in Acadia and Bar Harbor in July. Close to Bass Harbor. Dirt road to get out to the property has quite a few pot holes and speed bumps. We did hear the people upstairs one night but overall didn’t even know there was another apartment. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

The unit is very nice, but the road to get there is not! The location is already somewhat remote, but the potholes and speed bumps make it feel even more so.
