Welcome to your desert haven in the heart of Tucson! This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in the beautiful Blenman-Elm Historic District—just minutes from the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, and a wide variety of restaurants, parks, and attractions.
Step outside into a spacious, desert-landscaped backyard designed for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy plentiful seating, a gas fire pit, and a grill ready for cookouts with family and friends.
We happily welcome pets! The fully enclosed backyard is perfect for your furry companions to roam and relax safely. We’ve even included a few pet-friendly touches to make them feel right at home.
Inside, the home offers:
• A king bed in the master, also ensuite
• A queen bed in the second bedroom
• Twin beds in the third bedroom—perfect for kids or extra guests
A dedicated office space off the master bedroom overlooks the serene backyard—an ideal spot to work, read, or simply unwind.
You'll also enjoy:
• New central AC
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Fluffy towels and quality linens
• A fully equipped kitchen stocked for cooking and entertaining
For families, we’ve included toys and games for the kids—and classic board games for the grownups, too.

I'm originally from Phoenix, but Tucson is my adopted home town. My family and I lived here for 7 years before moving abroad for work. We come back most summers for the great weather :) and to reconnect with family, friends, and tacos.

The historic Blenman-Elm neighbor is a Tucson gem. There's a strong desert vibe, but you're also close to everything. My partner and I both received our graduate degrees from the University of Arizona and were able to bike to campus.

Our outdoor space really embodies the local desert. We have outside dining and seating and gas fire pit and grill. We've enjoyed some wonderful outdoor times with our parents, our friends, or just hanging out as family.
