The space
Escape to Marriott's Kauai Beach Club in Hawaii, nestled on the stunning shores of Kalapaki Beach. This one-bedroom villa features a separate living room with a fold-down queen wall bed, dining area, and a king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary dishes and glassware. Bedding configuration may vary: 1 king or 2 doubles.

Ideally located, Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is close to many of Kauai’s top attractions. Just steps from the resort, the Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole championship golf course offers breathtaking oceanfront holes and scenic views that will leave you in awe.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in our expansive 26,000-square-foot heated outdoor pool, complete with beautiful colonnades and waterfalls. Kids will have a blast in the children's pool, while guests of all ages can explore a variety of exciting beach activities, such as paddleboarding, surfing, and more.

For those seeking a peaceful retreat, unwind at our full-service spa or relax in one of our beautifully appointed guest rooms, many offering stunning views. With 27,758 square feet of flexible event space, Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is an ideal venue for business meetings and weddings. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, make your stay unforgettable at this renowned resort, known for its exceptional service and breathtaking setting in Kaua'i, Hawaii.

Other Important Information:
Starting in March 2023, exterior painting on the building will affect villa views and the use of lanais due to scaffolding and cables required for the work. The hotel adjacent to Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club will be renovating common areas throughout 2024. As these spaces are shared, please be aware that the Fitness Center and Food and Beverage outlets will be temporarily relocated during the renovations. One whirlpool and the surrounding pool area will be closed at a time, but the other four whirlpools and pool area will remain open. Guests of Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club, as well as resort owners, may experience some disruption from construction noise while enjoying common areas or staying in their villas. ADA routes will be available, but may also be affected.

From August 12, 2024, to December 18, 2024, Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishments. Work will take place daily during daytime hours, so guests should expect construction noise. However, all other resort amenities are anticipated to remain open and fully operational during this period for your enjoyment.

Any changes or disruptions to amenities, decor, renovations, or services—whether disclosed before, during, or after the reservation—is a matter to be resolved directly between the guest and the resort, and not considered deceptive advertising, breach of contract, or the responsibility of Vacation Ownership Management.

Additionally, please be aware that the images are representative of the villa type, but they do not guarantee a specific view. If you wish to secure a particular view, it must be addressed directly with the rental agent. Guests acknowledge that the allocation of villas within the resort is entirely at the discretion of the developer or resort management. While Vacation Ownership Management may confirm a specific villa type or view as per the reservation agreement, the resort retains the right to assign an alternative villa of the same size within the resort if circumstances such as technical issues arise. The resort’s view designation only differentiates between locations within the resort and does not guarantee a particular view, such as Ocean front. Guests are encouraged to clarify any questions about the view category before the Reservation Request is confirmed, as changes cannot be made once accepted.

Guests agree to abide by the resort's rules and regulations, and any pet restrictions imposed by the resort. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages caused by their actions or negligence, including damage caused by household members or visitors.

Subleasing or transferring the rental unit or this agreement to another party is not allowed without prior written consent from Vacation Ownership Management.

Both the Owner/Rentor and the Guest/Rentee agree that any electronic submissions related to this agreement will be considered legally equivalent to original paper documents.
