A few points should be clarified for future readers: The property description and amenities list accurately reflect what is offered at the home. Amenities not listed, such as a washer and dryer, are simply not part of the rental. Many vacation homes, especially smaller lake properties, do not include every possible amenity, and we encourage guests to review the listing carefully before booking. Regarding the pool and outdoor area, this is a lakefront property located near a public boat launch, which is actually something many guests enjoy because of the active waterfront atmosphere and easy water access. Outdoor conditions in Florida can also change quickly due to wind, landscaping cycles, pollen, leaves, and seasonal nature elements. The blinds issue was already acknowledged during the stay and is being updated, as mentioned at the time. We always appreciate constructive observations and continuously improve the property. We do find it unfair to describe the neighborhood as “run down,” as many families, boaters, tournament visitors, and returning guests enjoy the area specifically for its lake access, peaceful atmosphere, and affordability compared to luxury resort destinations.
