Our trip was great ! My family had the best time . The house was excellent and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms and bath . Few issues with minor things but our host Jared responded quickly and no problems. He was the the host we have had over the years . Will rent his place again next year I do think .

Home away from home

This house was our home away from home. It was spacious well maintained and short distance to all activities. Loved the huge wrap around porch and upstairs bedrooms for the teens. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The house was amazing and had all the amenities that they stated in the description. We did have a hiccup with the golf cart - it wasn’t charging and Jared was very quick to answer us and try to get it fixed. The reason that I only gave 4 stars on communication is that Jared had someone come and pick up the golf cart but didn’t tell us before. We all thought for some time that someone had stolen the cart before we were able to get in touch with him. The only other complaint I had was that we took 10 people and there were not 10 silverware setups. In all fairness I did not bring this to Jared’s attention, as I am sure he might have corrected this also. Otherwise we had an amazing time and look forward to coming back sometime in the future.

While we’re glad we able to quickly respond and work toward getting the issue resolved, we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused when the cart was picked up without prior notice, which understandably led to concern. We will certainly take this into account to improve communication moving forward. We also appreciate you mentioning the silverware setup. We’re sorry there weren’t enough place settings for your group, and we would have been happy to correct that had we been made aware during your stay. We stayed at this incredible property to celebrate my daughter's Sweet 16, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort — spacious enough for our group, yet cozy and welcoming.The outdoor space was a huge hit! The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals for our group, and the layout of the home was perfect for both group time and relaxing in smaller moments.Our host was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. This stay created core memories for our family, and we’re so grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed place for a special occasion (or just a relaxing getaway), this is the one.We’ll absolutely be back — thank you for helping make my daughter’s Sweet 16 so unforgettable!
