Great property! My family enjoyed our time there. Golf cart was provided and a big help to get around.

We had a great experience staying at this home in Myrtle beach. Everything was perfect—exactly as described. The house was very clean, well organized, and in a great location, which made everything easy for us.The host was excellent—very responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. Communication was quick and smooth the entire time.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back!

Host was phenomenal with communications. The digital door lock didn't work and he had it fixed immediately. 1st night propane was empty during supper preparation. He sent 40 to go out and purchase a tank. We ended up going out to eat unexpectedly although he tried to fix it quickly. Ice maker didn't work. He had someone come out to attempt to fix it. Still didn't work. Every bathroom was supposed to have a hair dryer. None of the bathrooms had a hair dryer (people steal, so this may not be host fault). There were only 4 forks in the drawer, but host sent over 4 sets of silverware very quickly. Lots of bedrooms but minimal space beside beds. Only had hanging closet space for clothes but had no hangers. Every king bed also double as a space to store open luggage so we didn't have to close suitcase and put it in closet and roll out to open Everytime. Lots of fun games in house. Great TVs. Great golf cart provided. We didn't realize there wasn't a dining table, but we were able to use the island as a table. We like to work a puzzle during our beach week and couldn't. Minimal space to put groceries. Not exactly what I expected for the cost, but there were several positive components listed above.

To start off we arrived on Saturday and found out the internet was out I let the host know this. With this being out we had no tv or WiFi. The host asked me to check the connection,unplug,etc to try and get it going no luck. After talking with the cable guy he looks up the house and there hadn’t been cable since July 4th and we arrived July 11th. I tell the host this and we go 6days til the problem is resolved. The cable tech finally shows up Thursday and fixes it and I proceed to tell him we haven’t had tv since we got there 7/11 and he tells me the work order was just called in on Wednesday. That was problem 1. 2nd was the refrigerator same thing. I let the host know the refrigerator ice maker and water wasn’t working on Saturday 7/11 we left on Saturday 7/18 this problem was never fixed. 3rd the golf cart stops working on Tuesday I let the host know and they tell me I would have to get a rental and someone would have to come and get it. The host did give me a reimbursement to get a cart. We had to wait til 5pm to get one since ocean lakes had ran out of carts. The beds were old and very uncomfortable they did put a 5 inch pad on them but in my opinion that made it worse. The 2 chairs in the living room were old and worn out. The handrails going up the stairs were very sticky and nasty. . The paint was peeling off because they use the wrong. Kind of paint on top of oil base paint.the outside tv didn’t work at all. Grill didn’t work outside tv didn’t wNot worth what we paid
