For clarity, an initial check-in issue occurred because the guest attempted to enter a neighboring home instead of following the provided instructions. Once redirected, access was straightforward. Clear communication typically resolves concerns quickly, and I am always available to assist; however, clear instructions are within the platform and I really do not know how she ended in my neighbor’s property (future hosts be aware) The property has consistently received 5-star reviews across different platforms, and no prior guests have raised concerns about the bedding, shower liner, or amenities. The split AC system includes both heating and cooling and is fully adjustable via remote for personal comfort. A simple message to me would’ve resolved your cooling problem since I would’ve guided you through the AC remote, which is also clear in the listing description that the AC unit has cooling and heating systems. I also accommodated a late checkout request for this stay. I remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space for all guests.
