This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom 1100 square foot home with a lot of windows. Gulf access waterfront Florida Hudson Beach fully furnished home with dock and boat parking. Deep water Gulf access on a canal with dock and seawall.
Walk distance to the beach and many restaurants with a variety of choices. A couple of minutes’ drive to the nearest grocery stores and other shopping plazas. There is a canal in the backyard for canoeing or fishing options. Take your boat or canoe into the ocean for fishing, looking for dolphins, and watching the sunset. The fun is never ending and the sunsets are always awesome.
This home features large living room with beautiful hardwood floor, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen, front load washer and dryer, nice leather sofa, remote control blinds, Two large Smart TVs with Netflix premium for unlimited movies and TV show, and smart TV apps, security alarm, and much more...
Rental price includes all furniture, stainless appliances, smart TV, fiber-optic high speed internet access (Wi-Fi and wired), telephone, and utilities.
Nice location: Sunwest Beach 10 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes, Busch Gardens 45 minutes, Clear Water beach 45 minutes, Disney 90 minutes.
Note: This is a duplex house, the rental unit is on the second floor, you will need climb stairs. The first floor is my office, usually one staff work there Mon to Fri 9 to 5. If you have any questions or need any help during your stay, the staff is glad to help.

I also have another house in same street with gulf access and floating dock.

Very Homey

It was a pleasant stay for my husband, myself, and our three kids. We had everything we needed and the propriety was close to our favorite places to visit. We plan on using again in the future.

Exactly what the Dr. Ordered

First off, the host is a hands on guy. He will help with anything you need. The bnb was very nice, had a dock i fished on every day. The unit itself was immaculate and easy to navigate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I will be staying there again as i make more frequent stays in Hudson. Its also cheaper than a good hotel. Just sayin'.

Hudson Stay

Great space near Hudson Beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Backyard was spacious and the dock was a great place to unwind. Right next door to the ice cream shop!!! Easy check in/out and owner was very responsive to all messages. Very comfortable home.

Nice second story apartment

We found this apartment to be very comfortable. It had a very large room that had three sofas all very nice a large table with six chairs with a serving and stools from the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and it had a really nice big washer and dryer my only complaint would be is it is a second apartment so if your handicap don’t book one but if you’re not handicapped, it’s a very nice apartment would I book it again if I was in the area Sure

Property evaluation

The property was listed in filters as "House" and was an apartment and upstairs. There is a note at the end of the property description that says it is an upstairs apartment (duplex) but that is deceiving to those renting because it also states "Home" in the title. We were not unhappy with the place nor the overall accommodations, but I noted this same comment has occurred more than once. VRBO needs to fix this. It should not show up as a "house" in the filters. It should be listed with VRBO exactly for what it is, an upstairs apartment.

Unhappy

There was food in refrigerator and freezer. Micro wave was dirty. Some of the silverware was dirty and my husband had to clean the coffee pot several times to get it clean. Noise from traffic was awful, you heard every car and car radio that went by. Got very little rest at night because of the noise. Lock on door inside would not lock. Shower was very hard to use. Fan in master bedroom had to be fixed the first day. Lamp in front room didn’t want to stay on. It’s above an office and when he left for the weekend the cable was off, but when he came back Monday it magically came back on. We booked it and then I received a note saying the dates were unavailable, so I booked another, then a little while later it said that it was confirmed. During that time I got another place(My Mother was in hospital in serious shape I had to get a room) I texted him and told him what happened and he said I could cancel, but I would not get my money back. We were desperate. We will never book there again.

Read the entire description of the property.

This apartment is located on the second floor. A detail that is at the bottom of the description of the property. I did not notice it, so I didn't find out until the day before my arrival. I am a disabled veteran and would not have booked it if I had known. Be sure to read the entire description so you will not be surprised by anything until it is too late to cancel.

Upstairs Apartment

The place had everything we needed and was very clean. We contacted the manager twice and he responded immediately. Only drawback, it was very noisy some nights from motorcycles and noisy cars. Good restaurants nearby

Too. Noisy with lots of traffic

This property is not taking care of because of business. Ventures The noise at night kept us awake we will not return as we had to take Care of cleaning keeping up maybe they need a future maid and the traffic was terrible

Excellent stay

It was exactly as the description. Loved the area and easy access to Hudson beach. House was great and clean. Would stay here again if I’m the area. Highly recommend this location. Great communication with owner.

Very pleasant stay

It turned out much better than actually anticipated. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities (everything worked as desired) that made our stay entirely hassle-free. Communication with the host was easy. Hudson, FL is also a nice small community away from the overloaded tourism and population that has come over the Orlando and Tampa areas in recent years. It's a good place to enjoy being close to the Gulf and relax. Great ice cream is available next door and good seafood just around the corner. Definitely recommend this place!

Quick Family Trip

Quick trip down to see some family. This unit provides all the comforts of home, much nicer than being in a hotel. Our daughter and her boyfriend fished off the dock with the provided fishing poles. If you have a chance walk next door and get yourself a scoop of ice cream! Would recommend.

I'd definitely recommend it.

This was a extremely clean property and they really thought of everything. The only thing I missed was a blender for some frozen cocktails. A side from that excellent experience.

Perfect place

We were very pleased to have stayed at this place. Very clean, spacious and have everything needed. TV set up was easy to follow. Close to the Hudson Beach. Nice ice cream shop next door. Overall it was excellent 👍
