House is exactly as advertised. Small, cozy, right there in Cullman. It was only 10-20 miles from all the places we needed to go. It was very convenient for us. The host was amazing! Very responsive when I had a question.

Wonderful location. Very quiet and great parking spot. Very clean and well stocked with snacks, tea, coffee and kitchen utensils and appliances. Highly recommend and WONDERFUL hosts!!!

We had a super time at Joan's place! It was so warm and welcoming. The place had everything we needed. Joan was excellent to communicate with and we look forward staying again next time we are in Cullman!!!

I researched several places in the area and decide on this one for two reasons. First that there was a dishwasher, and second because there were so many reviews complementing the cleanliness. There was no dishwasher (or a sponge), the place was dirty and there was significant mold in the shower. Not only that, but the floors felt like they might cave in. The entire house was so sloped that one of the bedroom doors couldn’t even close. The host was very quick to respond which was appreciated but this house is in very bad condition. I doubt it could come close to passing any sort of inspection.

Bryn, I am truly sorry about the listing of a dishwasher! I had no idea it had one listed! I have corrected that! And my cleaner must have missed a few corners. As for the floors, in my description of the house I did disclose the floors are old would be rolling. But they are solid. I did ask you during your stay if everything was ok, but you never answered me. I would have been glad to clean the corners myself so that you could have enjoyed your stay. (The cleaners always leave a new sponge! Don’t know how they overlooked that!)

The little house was perfect for us since we were attending an event right in Cullman. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, with modern fixtures, while still retaining charming, historic elements. Wayne and Joan were very responsive. They went above and beyond to care for a reservation change. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and the c owner communicated very well with us so we had no questions that wasn't answered. Lots of little touches were noticed also. We will be back

This Lil’ House is the first one we bought and repaired to be used as a rental. We have used it as a STR for two years now.

I love this older home because of the solid wood they have used for door facings and baseboards. The floors are hardwood that have sagged over time, but they are solid.
