The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and VERY clean. Beautiful views. Had everything we needed for our stay. The property is impressive with lots of amenities and friendly staff. The neighborhood and downtown are great. So much to see and do. The host replies promptly to questions, is helpful and very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location convenient to downtown Fort Myers. The view from both the living area and bedroom cannot be beat. Free garage parking was very helpful.

The place is great with an amazing view. It is conveniently located and can easily walk downtown for shopping and eating. The bed was comfortable and even had fresh cut flowers on the kitchen table for our arrival. We enjoyed ourselves at the pool when having downtime. The whirlpool was closed but not needed because the pool was perfect temperature. Communication with the owner was easy and would highly recommend.

The unit was beautiful, well decorated, and comfortable. The view was lovely. The host was very responsive and accommodating and I appreciated her hospitality.

On Cloud 9. This place was exactly what I needed during a stressful time. A No Fuss gorgeous home with all the amenities! All appliances worked, water was hot, bed was a dream, gym, pool, gameroom, parking area clean, safe and presentable, attendants were friendly and helpful! Only wish I had longer to visit the spa, but I would not change a thing. Peaceful, hospitable and gracious; adding this property to my favorites.

Exceptional romantic getaway, newly renovated with modern yet comfortable decor and many unexpected extra touches. Attention to detail often overlooked by other hosts. The building itself looked like it had been modernized as well. We visited mid week in September and there were no crowds to deal with, parking was free and very convenient. Many great restaurants, shops attractions easily within walking distance. View from the condo was impressive as well on 24th floor, just below penthouse units on 25th floor. Full floor to ceiling windows in bedroom and family room. (Blue tinted glass keeps excess heat out, pictures of unit may look dark because of this). Really enjoyed views daytime and nighttime. Plan for return soon and will likely stay longer as there is so much to do and see.

The property was everything it is advertised as and more! The condo was very clean, the location was prime (right on the river and close to restaurants and shops) The building felt safe and secure, and Vernis was very responsive to communication. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time here. Very close to all the shops and bars downtown. The place was clean and very nice. Parking and entry was very easy as well. We’ll definitely be back!
