Located in Seneca, this Tiny House is a dream. Nestled in a tranquil setting, guests can unwind on the large deck. Access to the large dock on the lake Keowee. The cabin offers a hair dryer, AC, and heating for a cool and comfortable stay. With one full bathroom, guests can freshen up before exploring all that Seneca/Clemson has to offer. The lot has a fire pit for those late night S'mores and cocktails. Full grill and full size refrigerator and freezer.

Enjoyed our stay. Tiny house was perfect for two people. Very quiet and enjoyed the wildlife walking through the yard. Had a nice campfire one night. Would definitely recommend this to anybody most and likely will rent it again when we come back

The tiny house was great for what I needed. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and close to Clemson University. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Points of information for future guests:1. Internet access inside house was spotty at best for anyone who needs to work, my cellular hotspot worked better inside than the Wifi - outside the house WiFi somewhat better2. You should be relatively flexible and physically able to get around the house - ladder to bed and high step to bathroom3. No trash removal - you have to take your trash to a dump (there are small trash cans in the house, but you must take your trash and recyclables at the end of your stay, convenience factor)4. No actual lake access - there was a dock behind the bigger house at the address and behind the house next door, but it appeared as though you would be on someone else's property if you access the large dock described

property wasn't ready at 2:00, but returned at 3:00; noise at property next door due to construction beyond owners control. Location was excellent for my needs.

Do NOT rent this tiny home!! When we got to the property there was no hot water. I contacted the host via VRBO app, no response. So I then called the host and left a message, no response, I did that 2 more times with no response. The description said that it slept 4 people, totally not true, it only sleeps 2 people. It said it had WiFi, not true, there was no WiFi. The place was very dirty. There is no way that the reviews on this house were true at all. I have contacted VRBO and they tried contacting the host, no response. I ended up leaving my trip early thanks to this horrible experience. Beware! Do not rent this tiny home! Worst experience ever!!

Pros: property was stunning, felt very private. Extremely easy entry and home was spotless, temperature inside was set perfectly (no needing to turn on air and wait for it to cool down), stocked kitchen with everything you could need, utensils, cups, napkins, plates, soap, etc., bathroom was also stocked with towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, blow dryer, toilet paper, there was a blackstone outside on deck (wish we had known this!) keurig (along with provided kcups), & microwave. All bed linens as well as extra pillows provided. My husband and I were very happy with this tiny home!Cons: wifi did not work, and after a day of host trying to fix it remotely it still never worked, listing says it sleeps 4 however I do not see how this is possible, theres one queen bed, in my opinion this is a perfect home for two people. Speaking of the bed it is up a set of very steep steps, something to keep in mind if your not spring chickens like ourselves... we felt very wobbly and scared climbing up and down everytimeAll in all I would definitely recommend this home, I am sure the host will fix the wifi, he made it right with us because he couldn't fix it. I am sure you'd enjoy this home as long as your comfortable with the steep steps to the bed
