This little cottage on the lake is super cute. My children were a bit freaked out about the driveway but I understand that there are plans to improve that this winter. There are tons of games and fidgety things to keep the kids occupied and off of screens. We look forward to staying more than one night the next time we are in town.

This home was very nice and inviting. We were not traveling with small children but I can see that it would be great for families with small kids. The homeowner had everything you could need to ensure a comfortable stay. The only thing I will say is that the driveway and sidewalk into the house if very steep and may be difficult for someone with mobility issues. But it was perfect for us!

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! So beautiful here, house was so clean and had all the ameninies a person could need, and then some. Hot tub was a big plus. Host was awesome and very responive to messages! 100% staying here again if we travel to this area.

The property was awesome! The hot tub was the best we've had, Michelle had lots of ideas for fun and games readily available, books, bikes, kayaks and fishing gear available…she was the best host!!

This house was perfect for our family for the weekend, very comfortable and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and more, and hot was very thoughtful and communicative. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and hiking in the area, would stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s Clemson graduation and the location was great for that—about 15/20 minutes to Clemson. The house itself is adorable and probably the most well stocked VRBO that I have ever stayed in. It was cozy and felt like a real home but also very clean and had anything you might need (except actual lake water but that is certainly not their fault). The real star of the show though is the host, Michelle. Her communication is the best that I have had with a VRBO host. She offered to us to check in early and after we left, we had not realized that we had left something behind. She reached out and then sent it to us. She was the best!

Very helpful. There was an internet issue when we got there and the host worked through the night to get it working. Very convenient and my wife and daughter loved the hot tub. We will rent again.

Fantastic lake cottage! Super cute, clean, easy to travel too. Wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy more time on the lake but we had a wonderful time! In addition, the hostess was super friendly and provided immediate responses to any questions. I would absolutely recommend and will be booking again!

Great stay location for fishing Lake Hartwell!

What a perfect place to fish Lake Hartwell. Host communicated very well and we had parking for two boats and trucks at the place. It was also very affordable. Highly recommended!

Great location - excellent stay! This was a great base for moving our daughter into Clemson. Close to campus and was so nice to have hot tub and dock/lake right there. Clean and with so many conveniences - the host has thought of everything. Michelle was so responsive, nice, and accommodating - will definitely be back!

Felt like home

Our stay was amazing. The house is as advertised. It felt like home and the host treats guests like family. Communication was quick. Would definitely stay again!

Lake House

Great cottage, nice and big, loved the kitchen and the hot tub. Hung out by the lake, so nice and peaceful. Lots of wildlife. Next time in South Carolina we would definitely stay here again!
