We are excited and love to host! We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! We hope you find staying in our home to be ultimately peaceful, fun, and comfortable. We love our covered patio, large pool with baja seat and gated front and back yard. The center island has an eat in kitchen as well as a large dining room to host. The driveway has 2 side by side spots and 1 minute walk from an amazing park. Within a few miles from the best Los Angeles restaurants and close to all.

The Space:
Our home is newly remodeled home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom (with shower) as well as another one of the bedrooms. Backyard with a pool and a covered patio and grass area. The Home provides absolute oasis for families looking for a relaxing vacation in California. The home is located 1 minute walk from a large family park with activities for the kids and provides a lot of space for pets to run and/ or exercising, truly an enjoyable neighborhood.

The pool is not heated, there is an additional of $125/day for heating the pool with a minimum of 2 nights.

Guest Access:
entire property aside from the garage which is used as personal storage by the owners.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the highly desired Valley Glen Neighborhood which surrounds one of the best parks. Many love using the walking path with their partners, dogs, or children as well as the gated playground. (1 Min walk from Home). Home is close to shopping like Noho west and easy freeway access. Lots of great restaurants 5-10 minutes away in all directions including top restaurants along Ventura Blvd. 15 minutes to Hollywood and Universal Studios, 20 min to West Hollywood, 30 min to Santa Monica Pier and the Grove.

This home is in a safe quiet neighborhood area while still being minutes away from all you need.

Getting Around:
Best way to get around is car or uber. There is public transportation 7 minute walk from here. The parking in our area is extremely easy. We have 2 side by side spots in the driveway and street parking is free and easy to find. You can walk to some restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks (12 min walk), Walgreens (8 min) CVS(10 min), 7 nail salon (7min).

Other Things to Note:
For the safety of our guests, exterior security cameras are installed at the property. These monitor entryways and common areas only.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per additional hour, unless pre-approved in advance.

We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential.
