Check-in is easy and contactless: you'll receive an electronic keypad code 48 hours before arrival—no office stops or keys required. Just arrive, unpack, and start relaxing!

Upon entry to the resort, you'll receive a parking pass at the gate, allowing free parking during your stay. Per HOA rules, up to 5 vehicles are permitted per home—2 in the driveway and 3 in designated street parking.

While the private pool is hard to leave, don’t miss the resort-style amenities just down the road! Enjoy a heated pool, children’s splash zone, water slides, a lazy river, fitness center, tennis courts, and more.

Please note: Solterra Resort charges a one-time fee of $35 for groups of 1–12, and $45 for groups over 12. This covers access to all shared amenities for your entire stay.

🔥 Pool Heat Policy
Pool heating is available for $45/day and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure the system is activated in time for your arrival.

Please note:

There is a 3-night minimum for pool heat.
The spa is not a hot tub—it will be the same temperature as the pool.
Our goal is to maintain the pool at 82°F or higher, which is the same temperature Disney pools are heated to year-round. However, actual water temperature may vary depending on outdoor weather conditions, especially during colder nights.
Pool heat is optional and non-refundable once activated, regardless of weather or early checkout.

* For your safety: We have a ring camera located near the front door and a camera on the side of the home where the pool equipment is located. There are smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the property. We also have sensors that detect noise in decibels, cigarette and marijuana smoke, humidity, and water leaks.

Step-by-Step Directions:

Exit Orlando International Airport (MCO) via the north exit and follow signs for FL-417 South (Central Florida Greeneway).
Merge onto FL-417 South and continue for approximately 17 miles.
Use the right 2 lanes to take Exit 62 toward I-4 West/Tampa.
Merge onto I-4 West and drive for about 7 miles.
Take Exit 58 toward Champions Gate Blvd.
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Champions Gate Blvd. Continue for about 1 mile.
Turn right onto Ronald Reagan Pkwy (County Road 54) and drive for approximately 2.5 miles.
Turn left onto Pine Tree Trail and continue for about 1 mile.
Turn right onto Solterra Blvd to enter the Solterra Resort community.
Follow Solterra Blvd, then turn right onto Oakbourne Ave.
