We stayed at the Oakbourne Avenue villa in the Solterra Resort and had a great holiday. The villa was extremelly clean and very well equipt, it had everything we needed and more. The resort felt very secure with the security officers and barriers at the entrance, and was a good location just 25 minutes from Disney.We have visited Florida several times and this was by far the best property we've stayed at.I would recommend this villa and will definitely be returning.

Nice house with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub is nice. The checkout process was the best I've had, just set the ac to 75 when you leave. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Additional cars must park on the street that is quite a distance from the house. The resort doesn't allow children to bring pool toys which makes it difficult to entertain the little ones at the resort pool. Overall communication was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean.The sheets on a couple of beds wasn’t clean.Shower curtains need changing.The bund bed ladder needs repairing.I love the space .The was in a great location. I just believe the host needs to check everything in the home before the next rental.I enjoyed my stay.Parking was crazy we had 4 vehicles only space in driveway for 2. I would recommend to friends.

The pool heater was a bit lacking after the pool person field up the pool on Wednesday. But the hot tub was great.

While we did not utilize all the rooms in the house, the house was very spacious and comfortable. Would be a great place for families with small kids. Very convenient location to the visitors center and community pool. House was very clean. We loved the idea of the game room in the garage. Pool was a little cold but understandable for the weather. One thing I did notice is that the trash receptacle for the entire neighborhood is right behind the house. Did not smell just noise at times. Also house was located at a very busy intersection. Overall we would rent this place again.

Had a good holiday. Property needed a thorough cleaning and some fresh paint. Many small issues but not enough to ruin my holiday. Screen over pool was broken. Screen door to pool completely broken needs replacement. Dish washer has broken racks and barely usable. Carpet on stairs completely soiled and needs cleaning or replacement. Coffee maker leaks when using. Gaps under Screen doors allowing critters in. Toilet seat looks like they are from the 70s with metal hinges difficult to put up and down. House is nice pool and area are great. House just needs some owners attention to small details.

The pool at the house was a nice size. There were houses with smaller pools. Get to the clubhouse early because the lazy river and slide close between 7 and 8. The kitchen utensils and home items in the house were sufficient for a family of 8. There was a stroller and hangers…::nice touch.

I have stayed at this resort for the last six years never had a problem, we checked in the house was great. The only problem I had was I paid for the spa to be heated and was told on my second day that the spa cut off around 9 o’clock at night I have stayed at plenty houses on this resort and if you pay for the spa, you can use it all night long who wants to be in a heated spa in the daytime

Property was as advertised. Only 2 blocks from the clubhouse which was nice not having to pack up the whole family in a car every time we went to the pool (parking at the pool during peak times is limited!). The pool in the back was clean. We paid for the pool to be heated in April and the water temp was perfect as we had an unusually chilly week. The hot tub actually got nice and warm after turning the jets on for a while which is different from other properties we’ve stayed at in the neighborhood. Most of the hot tubs stayed the same temp as the pool. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook along with good pantry space and plenty of dining utensils/plates. The upstairs common area was a nice size for the kids to spread out and the game room in the garage was a plus! We had space in the driveway to park 2 trucks. We planned a day to relax during our vacation and didn’t even leave the neighborhood the entire day as we had plenty to do at the house and clubhouse, including being able to order food and drinks at the pool for lunch! Overall great place to stay and it was nice to have the space to spread out.
