We love Rocky Point and this room didn't disappoint. Room was clean, view was amazing, and we can't wait to go back. The only drawback (and its a minor one) is its managed through a 3rd party vendor - Casago. Just know before you go that the check in process and charging to the room is different than what we were expecting. Not a deal breaker, but its something worth considering if you like using your wristbands to charge happy hour drinks and food to your room.

Everything went well and the actual unit had great and many amenities and amazing patio furniture compared to some other listings. Make sure you look at what it comes with as my sister had a three bedroom with only a couch.

In all the years we have been traveling to Rocky Point and especially Las Palomas, I will say that this unit was the nicest we have ever rented! The issues we had were primarily with understanding the 4 pm check-in but not realizing that we could not get towels from the Las Palomas towel check-out and so couldn't change into our bathing suits as we had to wait to get beach towels from the unit after we finally could check in. That would be good to know for next time- we would bring our own from home for day one. You leave the Valley early and inevitably get into town early and just want to either get into the unit early or be able to enjoy the pool or beach until you can check in. The Casago trailer is within five minutes, driving, from Las Palomas so easy enough. We also had issues with the keypad and the office gave us a key but had issues with this as well. We ended up rolling with it but---we left the unit unlocked sometimes b/c we couldn't lock it in any way! At some point, we wanted to enjoy our time and not be on the phone with maintenance or waiting for someone to come and help. The unit was luxurious, with an amazing copper bathtub, beautiful decor, nice lighting, comfortable furniture inside and on the balcony and a well-appointed kitchen. There was nothing we needed! The view was spectacular. Now I have a sense of how Casago does things so next time I will be prepared!
