A very nice and clean property which comfortably slept our family of 8 adults and 1 child. The private pool and the resort amenities were very nice as well. Being a gated community, we had a minor difficulty getting 2 cars through the gate (host failed to provide our lasts name), but security was helpful and understanding. Overall, a no stress stay. Thanks!

This home was located in a beautiful gated community. The home was well cared for and super spacious. It was seven of us and we each had our own private bedroom. * This was with my Brother and his Wife sharing the master bedroom. We wish that we had more time tojust relax and enjoy the home.
Gated community….
The security area was decorated for the holiday season.
Great pool….

The house was very nice. We were given the wrong lock code to get in but that was fixed within minutes after arriving. It was well stocked and clean. The only thing that was wrong was the pool table. It had a tear in the flannel that would disrupt a game and the pool cues did not have tips so it wasn’t useable. That was the only thing wrong. The resort was very nice and the people were great. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great place for family vacation!

We enjoyed two weeks at this property with our family of six adults and two little ones! The manager was very responsive. Starter supplies for kitchen & bathrooms were appreciated! Lots of bathroom towels & pool towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, cookware, etc. Pool & spa were great, Enjoyed the resort pool, and the food was great too! Would stay again!

Loved the space of the house, was super great for a large group! The house was nice, and the pool area was beautiful. However, I was never asked if we would like to pay an additional fee to have the pool and hot tub heated (I would’ve gladly paid the fee). When I learned about this option after we checked in, I was told we’re would be charged an additional fee to have someone come out to turn it on since we had already checked in. So 1 fee for the heat and 1 fee for coming out after check in. I said yes, I’m still interested and never heard anything back. So the beautiful pool area was unusable for us as the water was too cold. If you’re planning on cooking in the kitchen, know that only one drive burner works and kitchen accessories are limited. There were some knives available, but none sharp enough to cut through an onion.

House is great but the property management company was frustrating. They are quick to respond via email or text but slow and not understanding of complaints. Paid for the pool to be heated after arriving, the pool increased by six degrees in five days. According to them the heater is working and they do not guarantee a certain degree of water, 81 to 87 in five days but state that you are paying for the heater to be ran on a timer and not to a guaranteed temperature. Refund for the extra cost of 196 to heat the pool was declined. The main TV in the main living room was pixelating. The only tv in the house not working. After two days they came out to state the problem was with the cable company and that they couldn’t do anything to fix it. That’s understandable but they only refunded 14 a day for the two days it took them to come evaluate but not the two remaining days of the stay even though spectrum never came out.

Thank you for your feedback—I’m really sorry to hear about the frustrations you experienced during your stay. I’m glad you found the house itself great, but I completely understand how the issues with the pool heating and TV would impact your overall experience. Regarding the pool, I understand your disappointment, especially given the added cost. While the heater does operate on a timer as outlined, I agree that the expectations around performance should be clearer so there are no surprises. Your feedback on this is very helpful and will be shared with the management team. I also apologize for the inconvenience with the main TV. While some issues can unfortunately be outside immediate control, I understand your concern about the resolution time and the partial refund. We’ll take a closer look at how situations like this are handled to ensure they’re more fair and consistent for guests. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, and I’m sorry again that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a much smoother experience in the future.
