We cannot say enough about this property. It was the perfect location for my son, who was in downtown Clearwater for a summer internship, and for us, his parents, who liked to come for frequent visits. We really appreciated how safe it is. It is close to all of the fun on Clearwater Beach without being right in the middle of it, which we preferred. The condo is walking distance to a Publix and an upscale restaurant and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. There is a trolley stop at Publix to take you to the beach. This part of the island is residential and very quiet and the streets are perfect for daily walks. We enjoyed ending each evening with a drink on the shared dock and watching the water and the skyline of the Clearwater Beach hotels. We liked having a washer and dryer on site, but we didn't realized that it is outside in a shed that is shared with other residents. Not a big deal to us, but just something to be aware of. The host checked in often and was highly responsive to questions and feedback and went above and beyond to help when we accidentally left something valuable behind.
