This ocean view, top floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom along with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove and convection oven with a built-in microwave, newer foam mattress. elevators. From this unit, you have a balcony off the bedroom with a view north along the island and west towards the Gulf and the sunsets. You are located only a couple of short blocks from the white sands of Clearwater Beach and the Beach Walk.
WIFI is included.

Beautiful views. The only downfall was a few times the elevator was out and going up 6 flights of stairs was horrible with the high heat index.

Best ever.

Whats to say. You cant top this property even with the many high rises that are close by. It is centrally located with all you need. The owner is great to work with as well as the man in charge of maintaining the property, george.. my wife and I have now stayed twice and talking about returning next year also.

Nice stay

Recommend this place to anyone. The owner was nice and checked in on us after having some issues with the lock multiple times to get it fixed and the view was beautiful. Beach walk isn’t too long either.

Great location and clean. The only complaint was the air conditioning never got below 78 degrees. Hope to book again with this fixed. 😎

Good for a couple

The complex was well maintained, easy parking, nice views and walkable. Good size for a couple. Minimal toiletries/cleaning/etc… provided. We had to make a trip to Publix for soap, toilet paper, tissue, etc… No dishwasher or laundry detergent provided.. and no beach or kitchen towels provided. Overall.. good stay.

Gulf View

Pros: Amazing water view of the gulf. Responsive host. 4-7 minute walk to the beach. Kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, etc. Possible Con: Construction/Clean up clean up crew a few streets away, but I barely heard it and it was during the day time. The washer and dryer is inside a room on the balcony so there is some oxidation due to the beach salty air but it worked okay for me. I enjoyed my stay.

We had a great Time!

The apartment is in a good location, 5 min walk from the beach. The beach is beautiful, and we had a great time! The apartment is good for couples and/or with small kids, considering this my suggestion is to install a second lock in the front door and in the balcony door, as you can't lock from inside, once you open the handle the door automatically unlock by itself. And since we have small kids we had to move chairs in front of the doors so they couldn't open. Others things that we encountered were: the apartment floor and kitchen utensils were not very clean, we had to wash them when we arrived. Also the apartment overall need a deep cleaning (behind sofas, under the bed, mold in the bathroom tiles, etc), and new towels are needed. Since I took my own towels and sheets that was not a problem.

Very nice place

Easy communication with owner thru booking. Place is nice and clean. Mostly of necessary staff is provided for self catering. Nice view from the property. Washing machine and dryer are bug plus. Beach chairs and are umbrella available for use. Not a fancy one, but can be used. Tables and chairs on both balconies. Coffee maker and toaster are available for use. Plenty extra towels in the bathroom. Are few things may affect the positive experience. But these are not owner fault at all. I just want to mention them as information for future guests. There is a new hotel built just across the street and it is from bedroom site. We were there November 2023 and the construction will go another year, may be. If you are ready to wake up early, it will not bother you to much, but don't expect to sleep after 6:30-7 o'clock. The location is close to some great restaurants and coffees, but mostly of night life is north of Pier 60. However, you still can walk to there or use the local trolleys. Uber will cost you less than $10 to mostly of areas on Clearwater Beach. Overall very good experience.

Host very responsive. Had a question prior to check in and received a response in less than 24hrs. Has everything you could possibly need. Clean and well taken care of. Quick and easy check in/out process. Definitely will stay again.

10/10! 10 more! The host Rob was available anytime I needed him, start to finish. The property is incredibly well located, was clean, comfortable and has STUNNING views of both the intercoastal at the entrance patio and the Gulf from the bedroom and the bedroom balcony. This wasn’t featured as well in the listing itself, so I included some of the pics I took to help the next booker make their decision. I would 100% stay there again!

The property was in a great location and the view to the bay area was really nice. We really liked the pool area although we never saw anyone clean it during our stay. The elevators are Terrible! We thought at times we were going to get stuck in them and they are very slow. Overall our condo was just ok... It served the purpose for sleeping and showering.

Clearwater condominium

Our stay was great, very convenient to the downtown area and restaurants! The condo was nice but could really use some new furniture, more mugs for coffee & glasses for drinks. Sofa bed very uncomfortable mattress. Master bedroom needs new mattress. When we arrived silverware was dirty in drawer.. but we did have a great time!! Thanks
