Not just a room, it’s a home! Close to shops and restaurants when you stay at this centrally-located gem. Condo 6 has 2-BR with a queen bed in each, futon that folds in the living room. Full bath and a washer and dryer, along with a full kitchen with all the essentials. While all smoking is prohibited, some noses may note a vintage tobacco smell from days gone by. The rate is adjusted affordably, and most enjoy their time in Condo 6! Just a short walk to the river and Main Street. Comfy stay!

We enjoyed our stay. A good night’s sleep was much-needed and received after a very trying week! Very comfortable mattresses. All needed amenities were included and in working order. Possible considerations/suggestions - ceiling fans in the bedrooms and more comfortable living room furniture. But even as is, I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay while in town. Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful for questions. Walking distance to the town's grocery store which was great for saving the time and money of going out for every meal.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable A lovely stay! The apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival, which is always a relief. The location proved to be very quiet, with no issues from neighbors or street noise. It had all the basics I needed for a comfortable visit to Arkansas. I appreciated the hassle-free check-in/out process as well. Would happily stay again.

All was good except for the living room. Furniture was uncomfortable to sit very long on. It was hard to read words on tv since it was smaller tv and so far from sofa. Bed was best ever slept on, and clean. Kitchen was nice.

Cute little spot that's in the downtown area, close to a lot of good fishing spots. Had a really smooth stay. Host was very friendly and communicated well. Only complaint was how uncomfortable/cheap the furniture was. Not tall/big people friendly, we mostly just sat on the floor. Also, you will hear every word spoken and step taken by the folks in the room above and beside you. Keep that in mind if you're looking for either a quite place to stay, or if you're planning on being loud lol. Other than that, would absolutely stay here again! Would give it a 9/10 experience.

The apartment was so nice and clean. This was our second time to stay here. The are is quiet. No complaints. Host friendly and helpful. We came up to visit a Grandchild and will stay here again. Price very fair. Bed comfortable, kichen clean and living space neat and orderly. Room much better than a hotel.

Definitely need more comfortable seating in the living area and the entire unit smelled of old cigarette’s. If not for that, the place was good.

Immaculately clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big closets with hangers, nice bathroom with a washer and dryer, well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans and dishes. Walking distance to grocery, restaurant, and downtown Hardy. Remarkable value for the price!! Highly recommend!
