Our condo has king size bed in master br which can be split into 2 twin beds. King and twin mattress pads and sheets included. 3 flat screen tvs ,including a 42 inch in living room and 32 inch in spare bedroom, plus 3 dvd's. Bathrooms have hair driers. Beach chairs in closet on balcony. Guest bathroom has door into guest bedroom and into living room. Vaulted ceilings, fans in all rooms, central heat and air. All dishes, silverware, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric can opener, pots, pans. Condo is one mile from beach, which has free parking, one mile from Broadway on the Beach, one mile from Nascar complex, which has go-kart racing, amusements, miniature golf, and games for younger kids. Myrtlewood has 2 golf courses, and the oldest golf course in Myrtle Beach (1927) is 5 minutes away. Supermarket is half a mile. Outlet stores within 15 minutes. Movie theaters, including IMAX theater, one mile. Dumpsters for garbage are close by; bear in mind that all garbage should be put in a dumpster on conclusion of rental, otherwise there is a $25 penalty Apply.

Perfect Softball Tourney Location

Location is centrally located to the MB softball complexes which made logistics easy for our softball tourney weekend. Great communication from owner. 100% recommend

Everything was awesome!

My son and his GF had a GREAT time in SC. He went to play baseball for a month and stayed at this lovely unit. Exactly as described. No issues, very quiet. I went to visit for a few days and loved it. Hoping to rent again in the future. Host was accommodating and easy to reach. Thank you so much for having an affordable, safe and wonderful place for them to stay for a month!

2nd time staying here

Great time here just like the last time. We love how close it is to the pool. Communication with the owner was great. Only downside (which has nothing to do with the owner or actual condo) is the downstairs neighbor(new since our last stay). She complained about noise while we were still unloading. We drove 8+ hours to get here and had a 2 year old to settle down, as soon as the 10pm quiet hours started she reported us. I still had luggage in my arms when security met us at the elevator. Security is very nice & understandable just said whenever theres a complaint they have to come out. The next day she came up at 6pm,knocked on the door and told me my 2 year old was too loud and jumping around. I told her there was no way he was jumping around as he’s was with me. She then proceeded to tell me she has to sleep every day until 5pm due to working nights & we need to make sure he’s quiet. I told her he will be asleep during the quiet hours but I’m not dealing with her all day. Oddly enough we seen her every day mid morning & early afternoon walking her dog (so much for sleeping all day it’s obvious she’s not and just wanted to complain).She complained a handful of times more during the week we were there which made hanging in the condo pretty annoying. After speaking with security this is an often occurrence with her and guest at this unit. As much as I love this place it may not be enjoyable if you have young kids unless you wanna teach them to tiptoe all day

Very nice

Great stay, place was bigger than it looks in pictures, nice lake view. Host was kind and responsive….( Someone else mentioned downstairs neighbor in past review-she also came and asked us to be quiet (not super friendly- but nothing to do with Bino’s great home) just as a heads up for people with kids) but would stay again and place was lovely!

Even better than expected

Checkin was so simple, and upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised. The condo is way better than pictured. There was way more room than expected, and it had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was also very convenient to everywhere we needed to be (softball fields, restaurants, attractions, etc.) It was very clean, and a safe place for family, and Bino was great to communicate with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. IF I had to pick the place apart and find something to complain about, I would say the couches could use some updating, as they aren't very comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time sitting around, we were always on the go so this wasn't too big an issue.) And on our last night here, we got in from dinner probably around 11 ish, and at 11:21 we got a knock on the door from security stating someone called and complained about noise and that we needed to settle down. She was pretty rude about it. My 5 year old was laughing and running away from her sister (15) who was trying to kick her out of her room. Never had an issue all week until the last night, 20 minutes after walking in the door. All in all, it was better than I expected and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Place was great. Beds were comfortable. Complex was clean and well looked after. Pool excellent.. Only thing if I may say is you could use a few more kitchen utensils. But everything was great. We really enjoyed our month.

Home away from home

Mr. Kuncharia was fabulous to deal with. The condo was in a great location near enough to the beach and other ammenities. It was very clean other than the carpet needed cleaning in the dining room. It was perfectly laid out and we enjoyed sitting on the 4th floor deck over looking the pond with a walking path, which I walked most mornings! I would definitely recommend this vacation spot to friends and family.

Perfect place to stay!

The condo is very close to everything! The view from the balcony is perfect! I loved seeing the sunsets every night. We stayed here for 2 months while our house was being built. It felt like home. Some updates could be made. We will definitely recommend the condo to friends and family!

Great Place to Stay

My family stayed in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location. A lot of space. Everything worked. The pool was very enjoyable. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay there again.

Awesome Location

Our visit was for a local baseball tournament and the condo location was super close to the fields and tourist spots for Myrtle Beach. Plenty of space for all of us. Pool just outside condo building was great. Totally recommend and will book again for future visits.

Great Location, Close To Everything, Including The Beach. Golf Course in Walking Distance

Property Was Clean, Easy Access, Property Has Everything You Need for your Vacation, including all the beach necessities (chairs, sand toys, surf boards, umbrella, cart etc) Owner has great communication. Will Rent This Condo Again!

Very Nice Location, Great View, the HOST was AWESOME with GREAT communication!

I stayed for 32 nights and I don’t have a complaint about the property or the homeowners. Security was Great, just be prepared to show your pool pass/bracelet when you’re at the pool because security will stop by to make sure you’re not trespassing, which is good, if you’re a owner/host.
