One of the best locations in Myrtle Beach right on N Ocean Blvd ... Our condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and each bedroom is a Master with a walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom (BR#1 king bed..BR#2 two XL twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in living area), updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Linens, towels, utilities, Cable TV (2TV's one in living area and one in BR#2) ,Internet and WiFi access are provided. Nice ocean view where you can watch the sun come up over the blue Atlantic. Just a short walk to the beach or enjoy our saltwater swimming pool.
Ocean View Towers is a family oriented mid-rise 2 building property. Only 34 units per building. This is our second home and we only rent to adults 25 years of age and over. We do not rent to groups. Parking is reserved for one vehicle only and is strictly enforced, however, limited public street parking is available on 77th Ave.
Golfers and Beach lovers … weather is great for outdoor activity. Enjoy sunning and walking on the beach or getting in 18 holes at 4 great courses within a 10 min drive and 20 plus courses within 20 to 45 min drive. The beach is so close you can see the ocean from the balcony.
Close to shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, golf and restaurants. Possibly the best value and location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

PLEASE Note: Due to the COVID-19 situation we have changed our check-in and Check-out hours to help ensure that there is time for additional cleaning. We encourage our guests to follow recommended CDC guidelines, social distancing, and wear appropriate face coverings.
*Pest control is the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Access to the condo is required.
*Rental golf carts, mopeds, and motorcycles are not allowed.

Girls trip

This was a great place to stay. It’s super close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I stayed with my 17 year old daughter and her friend. We had plenty of room and not be under each other’s feet. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

Family of 4 vacation.

Location of property is very ideal. Short walk to the beach and about 10-15 min drive to other attractions within Myrtle Beach. Property is all kept and appreciate the use of some beach essentials like the sand toys and beach blankets.

Amazing find!

We are so thankful that we booked this condo for our beach trip! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our children. The location is fantastic and Nora was an excellent host. She sent all of the important information we needed prior to arrival which made everything so easy. The condo is well furnished, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to make several quick meals. We will definitely be booking this property again in the near future!

Wonderful condo

We have enjoyed our stay immensely. It is about six minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and all the towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. They also had beach towels and lounges. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The only minor inconvenience we encountered as a water pressure in the master bathroom. The shower and the sink had very low water pressure. But that it did not spoil our vacation. We ended up using the other bathroom where everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It was very close to the beach and in the quiet neighborhood. Hopefully, we can come back next year

Great Stay!

It was a nice getaway in a great location. Plenty of parking, easy to find, clean, and neat condo. Nora was quick to respond to our questions and we had a great 5-day stay. You won’t find a better bang for your buck! Very very minor notes - A few supplies were running quite low, so we helped replace them (hand & dish soap; toilet paper). - The TV remote didn’t control the actual TV, just the Spectrum cable box, so we had a little confusion there and had to download a remote app on our phone to use other TV apps. - I assume it was due to being on the 7th floor, but the water pressure wasn’t the best and took quite a while to warm up. Again, none of these were a big deal at all. We loved the views and easy to get around location. We’d stay again.

Great place for getaway

We love staying at this condo. It’s clean and such a great location. Lots of golf courses nearby along with the beach and Starbucks within walking distance. Nora is a wonderful host. She is very timely in responding to questions or needs.

Fantastic stay

VRBO’s can be like picking a March Madness bracket sometimes. Sometimes you hit but sometimes you miss terribly. This was an absolute hit! The property is literally like a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also a few minutes from a Food Lion. The unit itself is immensely clean. That’s one of the biggest things for us in a property and you can tell this owner has very high standards. The unit is also very, very roomy. Sometimes on vacation you almost feel trapped due to a lack of space. Not here! The rooms are very spacious. I felt like I was staying in a large house rather than a condo. Add in the fact that there’s a laundry room, two bathrooms with very hot water, and you have yourself a number one seed in terms of places to stay. Nora was fantastic with communication. All of the pictures are accurate and the price is a heck of a steal. Also, the view from the balcony was excellent. We didn’t want to leave!

Great Condo

This condo is definitely as advertised. It has everything you need to have a great time in Myrtle Beach. In our opinion it’s located in the nicest area of Myrtle Beach. A short walk to the beach, and nice restaurants. 3 grocery stores right down the street. Close to attractions but far enough so it’s a quiet neighborhood. Our host makes everything easy. She’s great. We love this place.

Fees

I enjoyed my stay at Myrtle Beach but will never use VRBO again because of the ridiculous fees. My price was doubled by fees, insurance, etc. And why in the world do we pay a fee in case we damage something. A deposit, yes, but a non-refundable fee? Never again. I have a friend who rents her Florida condo, and she never uses VRBO just because of what I and others experienced.

Spectacular

The pics and description still somehow fall short of just how incredible this place is. Nora has a slice of heaven in Myrtle and we were lucky enough to stay there for a week. The location is perfect. Literally close enough to any and everything you need and want to do. Walk or drive to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and golf. We were there for a National Dance Championship and the condo was a perfect headquarters for egtting ready and getting rest. The interior is cozy, has a great kitchen and the view you wish you had. The beds were comfy and most importantly it was relaxing. Super clean complex, friendly neighbors that we met, the kids even got a shark tooth from one neighbor who finds them on the beach each morning. We will definitely be back and I cannot say thank you enough for having this place available, affordable and just as ideally located as it is. Thank you again for making this family trip truly memorable and for being a great host. Your responses and extra information helped us a lot get our stay dialed in and made it that much more stress free. Until next year, take care.

Wonderful roomy condo close to the beach

This condo is just as it is shown in the pictures. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out. We loved having two separate bedrooms, each with their own bath and having a washer and dryer was wonderful! You are one block from the beach but still have an amazing view of the ocean. The pool was sparkling clean, and even though we were there for the Fourth of July, the building was quiet. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. There is not a bathtub so may be something to consider if you have very young kids. The only negative we experienced while there was that we also had some friends staying in another condo in the building, they were parked in the guest parking with the parking pass clearly displayed and they got towed their first night. This did not affect us directly, but I know they said that several cars were towed, even one owner, so it maybe be something to follow up on with the management. Besides maybe needing a fresh coat of paint everything was very clean and in good working condition. The price was very reasonable and I love that you are not required to book just Saturday-Saturday like most places. Overall it was the PERFECT spot for our 10 day vacation!
