We had a wonderful vacation! The house was clean. We loved the neighborhood that it was in. We met some very nice neighbors. We liked how centrally located the house was. It did take some time to get used to the traffic noise from the Florida Turnpike though. It was close to our favorite square, Brownwood, and we also liked how close it was to Edna’s on the Green. There was also a Publix not too far away. The house was well stocked. We enjoyed that it had a gas grill, a crockpot, and an air fryer. The only thing that we would’ve liked to see improved was the communication with the property management. When Jessie did get back to us, she was always very nice and accommodating, but it was frustrating how long we had to wait to hear back from her. I think she is a very busy woman, but it seems like there should be a way to get her, or someone on her team, to respond more promptly. That being said, it would not be enough to stop us from working with her again. I just hope for future bookings this improves.
