Our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful, lots of extra touches were included which made the stay even better. Location is great, golf cart was included which is a huge plus. The owner was very easy to work with and flexible when we needed to change dates. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home hosted by Joni. Close to Brownwood. Spotless home in a quiet neighborhood. I love to sit on the lanai every morning reading the paper. We stay here every year and have already booked next year.

Stayed for a week

The house was terrific. We felt very comfortable from the time we checked-in to the time we left. It had everything you would need and a great location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Joni, our host, was exceptional! She responded immediately to my inquiries leading up to and during our visit! The house was exceptional as well, fully equipped with anything and everything we needed! In addition, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived! We will for sure utilize Joni for future visits!!!

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Joni’s place in The Villages. Joni was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new. From the moment we walked in, our family felt right at home. The space was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five, including three teens.We also had an unexpected visit from my cousin who brought their golden doodle, Bo, and Joni was immediately accommodating to our furry guest. The golf cart was an amazing added bonus and made our trip even more enjoyable. Should we ever need to return to the central FL area, we definitely plan to reach out to Joni thanks again for everything! We really appreciate everything you did to make our trip amazing!

Check in and check out instructions were complete. The resident passes were essential because they were actually checked at the pool.The house was stocked with initial necessities, towels, linens, kitchen essentials, etc. The location in Collier Village is convenient and very close to Brownwood. Everyone we met in Collier was super friendly- nice location!
